Introducing Oceanview Villa PV101, a beautiful home that is sure to delight! Gather the entire family for a special island getaway. The private pool area is perfect for swimming and grilling after a long day at the beach. The ground floor is a great for the older kids to have their own space. A bedroom offering a twin over full bunkbed, a half bath and laundry room are located here. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. One ensuite king bedroom. One queen ensuite bedroom with a private deck with a great ocean view. The second queen bedroom, also with a private deck, shares a bathroom with the second bunkroom. The second bunk room offers a twin over full, with a twin trundle. The second king ensuite is located on the third floor, has sweeping ocean views. The living, dining and kitchen are an open floor plan for great gatherings. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa to offer additional sleeping for two. The second half bath is just of the living room. The kitchen provides ample space to prepare meals. There is a large dining table and kitchen bar area with bar stools. The views are amazing from the living and kitchen area. Sorry, pets and golf carts are not allowed. No garage access. STR#: 2024-304306

Kitchen NOT well stocked..No grilling utensils, no large knives, blender didnt work. No skillet..no dust pan.outdoor grill unsusable, it was VERY dirty, no kimmervto

Prop mgr very responsive. Few things for an ever better experience- Ice maker does not work Mosquitoes are in full force - recommended stocking up on citronella , off and whatever you can get your hands on to enjoy the pool. Mention that in listing. The condos we have used in the past summers provide basic spices for cooking and beach towels. No biggie just providing feedback. Overall beautiful spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 16 family members join us for vacation at the end of July. This beach house had plenty of room to sleep all. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. In addition, it had great views of both the ocean and the bay where we could watch the sunrise and the sunset. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach – easy for agrs 3 1/2 to 69. We called maintenance once, only to learn how to work the elevator, and they arrived within 30 minutes. We love the house and we will return!

Even during Hurricane Beryl prep! We just wish there were more towels provided.

This was perfect for us. Sleeps sixteen in this well laid out house. Perfect location. Beach is not too crowded there. Just south of Cinnamon Shores but near as crowded of a neighborhood. Swimming pool was a big plus. We will likely be back

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures or description do mot tell you the only way to the pool is out the front door around to the back of the house. The outside shower was only accesible from the street side of the house and then around the house to the front to get in. The shower in the master bath did not work. Maintenance cane left to get a part and didn't return until we placed another call. The trash bins outside were completely full when we arrived.

Overall property was nice it was pretty clean. We had a terrible time with fire ants around the pool area and the walk to the beach is pretty far from the house. You definitely have to use the beach access road to drive your beach supplies.

This home was beautiful, I do not suggest booking if you have anyone with knee problems or for anyone that cannot use the stairs. That is probably the most memorable as I had my 80 year old parents that were afraid to use the elevator. But it had it's own entry to the beach and the house itself was beautifully decorated. The house was well stocked as they provided cookware so no need to pack baking dishes or crockpots or mixing bowls as I did. They also had a cooler & wagon to take to the beach. Just a great place!

We stayed here for me and my mother’s birthday for the weekend. The place was very clean and organized. The house is roomy and very functional for our birthday celebration. We really really enjoyed our time here! I would like to express my thanks to the owner/ manager for accommodating our stay at your place. A great place to book for a nice getaway.

We overall enjoyed our visit here but there were a couple of maintenance issues while we were there. Although we did not expect to have great internet access the whole time we were there, we did need to be able to occasionally check emails, check in to work, and figure out restaurants to eat. We had almost no internet access the whole time we were there due to the wifi being down. They did try to set up a mobile hot spot but it was not adequate and did not work. None of the tv's were able to be used because they are all smart tv's. Although we were not planning to work remotely, having no internet access for the multiple adults staying there proved very difficult. Also, for a portion of the time we were there, the air conditioning did not work on the top floor which made it quite hot. The location was good otherwise and everything was in reasonable shape. The middle floor master bedroom shower is not great. The kitchen was convenient and most things worked well. The house was clean and we had a good time. Although the weather was not great while we were there, there were a lot of pool toys and accessories that would have been fun to try out. I would have appreciated a small discount given the number of issues we had and the multiple check-ins with the management company. They were trying to resolve the issue but were not able to during the time we were there. Overall, aside from that, we were quite satisfied with the visit and condition of the house. I do recommend it, just do not count on any access to wifi (and cellular service isn't great).
