The adjacent dining area is a showcase for a contemporary dining table that seats eight, while the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the chef in your group to take command. Open shelving, stainless appliances, and an island with stool seating add to the gourmet experience.
A well-appointed, downstairs den offers a secondary gathering place to watch a movie or hang out.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first level, one king suite as well as one queen suite off the first-floor den make it easy to host friends and family, giving them comfort and privacy. Both suites have barn door-style openings that slide to reveal private bathrooms. The lower level also hosts two bunk rooms—one with a pair of full-over-queen bunks and another with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a fun, game room nook!
Upstairs, the king primary suite in soothing neutrals opens to a gorgeous bathroom with contemporary flair. The artwork, glass-front, walk-in shower and soaking tub make it feel spa-like and grand.
GREAT FEATURES: A dry bar tucked under the stairway serves the first-floor den. A laundry closet helps you keep beach towels and resort wear fresh, and a rear carport ensures easy parking and access. Details like the Rest Ashored-branded surfboard used as art in the rear entry nook make your stay feel special.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Rest Ashored is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Rest Ashored the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
