Beautiful property, great parking, large quiet condo, great pool and hot tub, friendly staff, decent price. I just couldn't get past the air conditioning situation. The window a/c in the living room cannot cool the whole unit. The bedroom were very warm on the 90+ degree days we stayed. I'd give this place 5 stars, if not for the limited a/c. it would be great to stay in fall or spring when no ac is needed.

Washing machine was extremely loud. Trash behind end table in bedroom. Only one pack. Of coffee for a two day stay. Also only one detergent - wasn’t informed that we had to drag suitcases up outside stairs or that we had to take out trash and start dishwasher upon leaving. Also not informed that a $50 charge hold would be placed on card on arrival. Pool and spa closed at 6:45 and the temp was in the 90s!

We pick this place to stay on our roadtrip because we wanted to stop by Multhnomah Falls. The place is really clean and very cozy. Our accommodation is a home away from home with Dining Room, living room and a verandah. This is great for families.

Good stay overall. The wall between my unit and the one next door is quite flimsy; the first night a family was there, a man kept hacking, I could hear pretty much every word said, could even hear the microwave going. Happily for me they left the next day.

We really enjoyed the property and its amenities. Our only negative is unfortunately it’s a wood building and not very well insulated between floors. The upstairs guest had small children that ran around until midnight. Thankfully that was near the end of our stay. However the units are awesome.

They don’t let you in to the room, saying not room isn’t ready, however, we waited next to the room and no one entering or exiting the room while we are waiting. Same happened 3 weeks ago. Second bathroom doesn’t have any shampoo and shower gel, etc. The beds are the worst. The room was stinky The shower should be white, but it was light grey/braun from the old grease or something.

Facility is old but is very well maintained and clean. However, the window blinds don't extend all the way down and there is no black out curtains so the rooms are bright at night from the street lights and in the morning when the sun comes up. The only portable AC in the living room can't reach the bedrooms to cool them down. With bright light and warm temp, we didn't get much rest.

Very nice rooms with a separate bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens and ensuite laundry. Great base of operation for activities around the Mt Hood area. Shout out to the GM. Fixed the little WiFi problem. Reasonable rates depending on the season. Highly recommended.

We had a one bedroom apartment with everything we need, except for air conditioning in bedroom. There’s no air conditioning in bedroom. After window was closed, it got pretty stuffy. Pull out couch is a hassle. We only stay for one night, so we are grateful that we got the last available unit of the day. The environment is superb, and staff is very helpful
