The host Jessie is very nice and quite responsive to the messages... Nicely decorated flat

The mattress of the double bed is bigger than the bed frame which makes it a bit uncomfortable

Good location, nice and clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi and safe environment. Sea view.

There is some blockage in the shower drain. It would be better if there was a washing machine. For some people, they don't like the mirror facing the bed.

It was a good stay but the amount of guards asking was too many.

Its the location. Convenient

The prize that's not very clear. I booked through booking.com was highlighted and was lower amount than I paid. The hidden tax and charges amount was light and i missed reading it. The staff explained well after I paid.

Good but the fees is not good

The accommodations are very nice also the pool my family was so happy. It was very clean.

The one thing that is not good is the owner asking more fees because in the booking.com the fee is 2,014 but the owner asked me to pay 2500. Which is when I asked him he did not respond to me. I will be booked back but not in this owner.

Marina review

The pool was clean and nice. The guards were nice and stricked. The condo itself was good for us.

The elevator was broken for a longer time. We also had power interuption and no electricity at all. The stuff for cooking was not enough, we had to buy alot of stuff to be able to cook well. The construction workers are annoying and saying bad things and looking alot.

Good accommodation. Everything worked! They had fresh plants all over the place. The decor was very nice. But I think the owner forgot to clean the fridge. :)

No parking. If you sleep early ( before 10 pm) I won't recommend this area unless you like music as there is a live band across the street.

You would wish to stay longer.

Complete kitchen facilities. Bed rooms are cery comfortable. It has a very large television. They let us have a visitor and even allowed to go swimming at the pool.

The condo itself doesn’t have parking area and we have to walk outside of the property. Check out tike is 12, imagine how hot it is outside.

i wish that they manager would be more responsive more quickly.

not the fault of the manager but the see view is marred by the construction of a high rise so it was a partial sea view.

Excellent at all costs.

Place is so amazing, linen’s are new and never expected to have toiletries for guests.

None at all, everything is so excellent, next time i will be visiting Dumaguete again?, i will book this place.

Unit was clean and well priced. Easy to get to town..

It was difficult to get through the security guard. Each unit is individually owned and the owner did not inform the guard that we were guests there. I walked away twice going to find other accomidation but the owner eventually called us and confimed the booking with the guard...Everything was fine after that..

Homey Stay steps away from everything!

This property was clean and ideally located close to the waterfront, airport and pier. We only stayed one night, but it would be good for longer stays.

The check-in process is a bit challenging, as we needed to wait for the host to arrive to be let in (they are not onsite)

Pool area. Great restaurants across Road. Good communication from owner let us check in early and check out later. Would recommend using grab trike to get around. Great security.

the owner was very accommodating and answers quick. just had a little issue with the security. they should be more polite to the guests not the attitude of interrogating without checking the papers first

Happy with the apartment unit 417, but very unhappy with the parking conditions

The unit itself was perfectly clean and with lot’s of amenities! It was a small but lovely unit, even w access to Netflix. Fridge full of drinks, many snacks against payment, but that’s normal.

Although the unit 417 itself was perfect, the owner did not buy a parking space, and the guards do NOT allow you to park inside the Condominium property (although there were at least 30 empty parking lots). When you ask ‘where to park’, they don’t know and on the public roads outside it’s full of No-Parking signs!! it’s a real mess, certainly when it rains!! So, don’t select that Marina Condominium if you come by car! Guards are rude too!!
