Perfect for a week of relaxation. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Pool was great! Disappointed the outdoor shower wasn’t enclosed.
House was spotless and up to date - nothing was dated which was wonderful! Kitchen is a little tight for two people to work in at the same time so if you area real foody that may bother you.
Would definitely stay there again!

The house was amazing, it’s been our favorite stay so far for our yearly summer cape vacation. The house was spotless and so easy to clean up after your self. The pool was great and even on a rainy or overcast day we used it. The only down fall was we had hoped since the location was so close to the water that we’d be able to walk or drive to any sort of ocean/beach landing area. Unfortunately the golf club owned most of that and it was members only. Then the island near by was residential only. The south cape beach was a short drive but we had toddlers and they don’t last to long at the beach so to pay to park for only a few hours isn’t worth it for us. Other than that the stay was perfect.

This was a perfect house for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. We loved the pool and the closeness of the beach, enjoying both everyday! The house was immaculate and had everything we could need.
Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this Mashpee home. Great house in a great community with lots to do. Needed to drive to the beach but the pool made up for that. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I were awestruck by the beauty of the house and pool. I think the house was renovated recently; the owners hit a home run in the overall design, and the decor choices they made.
We had enjoyable meals and family time at night. We thoroughly enjoyed the crystal clear pool. We weren’t far from lovely beaches that were not overcrowded.
I hope to come back to this property next year.

We rented in New Seabury in the past but never had stayed in the Mews before. This house was perfect for our family of four. Having a private pool was a game changer with children. The house was beautiful, updated, spacious and so well done. Easy access to the little village, not far from Mashpee Commons, no complaints!

We had a great stay. The manager was very responsive. The pool was not ready when we checked in. It was dirty and cloudy. The system wasn’t running at all which was disappointing. We contacted the manager and he was quick to respond and had someone out the next day. Other than that everything else was great!

Our group included three adults and two teenagers. The villa was very comfortable for our size group. The weather was good so we made great use of the pool and grill. The neighborhood was great for walking and the people we came in contact with were very pleasant. Adam was very responsive both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's easy to relax by the pool. The vacation was very enjoyable!
