Welcome to DFW! Enjoy this spacious 4 bdrm home with open living and kitchen areas. In the beautiful open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and attached dining room, you will enjoy cooking on the glass cooktop and double oven. Clean up is a breeze w/ our Bosch dishwasher!
Relax in the backyard oasis that includes a hot tub, large covered patio, TV, and grill. Our outdoor covered patio is so relaxing and peaceful, you may not want to go inside! Ceiling fans, couch and love seat, all while viewing the big game on our Smart TV.
Our family loved to play games, so we have a Foosball table, a full size Pool table, and a Shuffleboard table.
This property was our home for 10 years and we have renovated over the years to entertain our large family. From a remodeled kitchen, to our gorgeous covered patio area, you will love to make this place your home for a few days.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Irving Las Colinas, near the scenic ponds and walking paths of University Hills, canals of Las Colinas, and Toyota Music Factory. With easy access to 6 major freeways, you are minutes from everything - Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, both airports and all major sports venues.

Everything was as it should be. We had everything we needed have our honeymoon reception steak cookout. James was very receptive and accomodating. We had a great time.

My family and I (7 people total) stayed at this property and it was exactly as advertised and what we needed. It was centrally located and allowed us to go out to both Fort Worth and Dallas for fun activities and the house was great to come back to, relax, and continue to enjoy ourselves. All of the amenities we're outstanding and we would definitely stay here again! The hosts were welcoming, easily available, and great to work with! Thank you so much!

It was amazing! Everyone loved it! So much room, our seminary class had place to gather, etc and the foosball table was a big hit. We never got in the hot tub, but I’m Sure it would have been nice. Will definitely book again if the price is right!

I booked this house for our family to stay in while we visited for my brothers wedding. As soon as I booked it, I received an automated email, then a personal message from the host that shared excitement for our stay. The check in was simple and easy. The house exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful house with an open layout and nicely decorated! Not only was there more than enough room, the layout was perfect. We were able to hang out together whether we played pool, hung out on the couch, or snacked in the kitchen. The back patio was a great hangout spot too, and the hot tub was a nice ending to the festive day especially as the weather cooled off. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen provided us everything we needed for cooking. If I could give this property more stars I would. The host checked in to touch base and make sure we got in okay and that we didn’t have any problems with checkout. It really was a great weekend and I know that a big part of this was because the home was so accommodating. We love making family trips and if we all come to Dallas again, we will definitely be renting this home! Best, Amy

We booked this house because of the location and everyone was excited about the fun games there! We attended the gymnastics meet at the nearby convention center, and enjoyed the hot tub, shuffleboard, pool table, and especially the foosball table. The kitchen is large with plenty of space for group cooking. There is a huge table with seating for 8. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor covered patio but that would be nice when the weather is warmer. Overall an excellent experience. Spacious, welcoming and relaxed home, and the hosts were excellent and timely with any issues and questions that arose.

James and Kathleen are the epitome of hospitality. They allowed an earlier check-in (with notice) due to our flight arriving earlier than expected, which was a tremendous help to settle in for the week. The home is spacious, quiet, comfy and cozy. Very easy access to the freeway with numerous amenities nearby. Couldn't ask for more from the home or the hosts!

This house was perfect! We traveled with our 3 adult kids, so had 5 adults staying. Plenty of sleeping room and nice beds but also a wonderful living room for everyone to relax comfortably! The pool table was also a hit! We ended up downtown Dallas and also Fort Worth and it was super easy to get everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed with a two-year old and a seven-month old. We had a big to-do-list filled with activities for all of us. This house was perfect driving distance to all of it.

We needed a place near DFW airport and Love Field to stay as our kids flew in the night before the Oklahoma- Texas football game. This was a nice spot for the price!

The stay was excellent. The house was everything it was supposed to be. Granddaughter and partner brought our great grandson, newest addition to the family each day from their home in Fort Worth. Pool table and shuffleboard were in constant use. The perfect place for a family to meet and stay.

James' home is immaculate and perfect for a family or group of friends as was the case for me. The home is spotless, conveniently located to downtown and Arlington. Pool, foosball and shuffleboard tables are great touches and lots of fun. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with staying in an ARBNB. James, the host was super helpful in walking me through the process. Like the other reviews stated he was very kind and always prompt to respond. Everything about the home was perfect. I stayed 2 nights with my 3 buddies on a golf weekend. We had more than enough room for each of us to spread out with feeling we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend this home and as well the host. James thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Our business group really enjoyed staying at this house. The accommodations worked perfectly for us. The location is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner has put a lot of small touches in to make the stay very homey, cozy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental for those looking for a place to stay in this area.

Our family (4 couples) enjoyed this property so much while in town for a wedding. The hot tub & outside area, pool table, foosball were enjoyed by all. It was spotless when we arrived, easy check-in and check-out, everything we needed and more. James was very hospitable and really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
