The property was in a very quiet country location. The hosts were very attentive in answering all of our questions. Nearby Annandale was a cute town that had a nice grocery store, town bar for dinner, and a yummy ice cream shop. Most of our time was spent at the house with our grown family of nine. The views were gorgeous. The lake was extremely quiet and relaxing. We took pontoon rides, swam off the boat, used kayaks and the paddle boat. Very little water traffic made it very peaceful. Almost every sleeping area had a view of the lake. The backyard would have been wonderful for yard games, but we were too busy enjoying the lake. The decks and porches were great for hanging out. The lower level was big enough for all of us to play games and hand out together. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our crafting/sewing. House was a bit chilly, but pack an extra sweater and warm socks and you are good to go. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. They had some firewood for us as well as coffee that we really appreciated. The views from the family room and upper bedrooms were amazing. We felt safe and the area was quiet and serene. The kitchen had everything you could think of even though we didn’t need much of anything for our short stay. Entry was easy and the method they used felt really safe. It was Oct. so we didn’t get in the lake but it was clean and had a sandy bottom. Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend this property!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home on Clearwater lake. I visited with my parents and my mom’s siblings, all of whom have a long history with the lake and the area. The house accommodated the group well. The beds were very comfortable, the owners provided all that was needed, and the decks were lovely for sitting and watching the sunset. We rented the pontoon for a day and did a cruise around the lake, which brought back many memories. Kayaks were available for use as well. The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!

Cabin was clean and spacious. Floorplan is funky but worked well for our group of seven.

We stayed with our adult children/spouses, and 1 year old grand baby. The view is beautiful, right on the lake, and 3 large decks(2 off the bedrooms). There is a pontoon boat to rent which is helpful, along with use of kayaks and paddle boat. You could swim right off the dock, we opted to go to a beach close by. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.
We use VRBO a lot,and I will try to include useful information. It is worth mentioning that the four bedrooms do not have air conditioning, they do have large ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms are off the main living area and 2 are in a loft area. The loft bedrooms were rather warm some days/nights.1 bedroom in the loft area is quite small, and there is no room for closet or dresser. The 2nd room does have adequate closet and dresser, but there are no window coverings at all, (neighbors are close) and quite tight with the beds. The steps are steep but doable.
Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all needed accessories (we made all meals at the lake house). Large living area to play games and hangout.
There could be a little more attention given to details. For example older windows not functioning , microwave, there was only 1 dart for the dart board, and the front patio/windows were dusty with a number of cobwebs on windows/overhangs.
Overall we made this work, and created many memories. Thank you for sharing your lake home.

We had a great time staying at your place. Would definitely stay again. The home was very nice with everything we needed and some. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. They could go out quite far and still touch which was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Friends for 50 years weekend getaway. Despite the unexpected snow fall we found plenty to see and do in Annandale and Clearwater. We plan to come back this summer with our spouses.

We had a delightful stay with our out of state kids and grandkids in this well equipped and lovely home on a lake even in winter. The multi-level accommodations were versatile and open with great views of the lake. We were very comfortable and impressed with how well the place was stocked and strength of Wi-Fi.
