Come enjoy a newly renovated house with brand new furnishings.
Open concept kitchen/living/dining- The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal plus a dedicated guest pantry and seating for three at the island. The dining area seats six while the other seats four.
The living room features plenty of seating: two sofas plus two arm chairs. Enjoy the high-alpine view, the gas fireplace and the thoughtful space planning geared towards conversation and togetherness. A flat screen TV is mounted over the fireplace.
The cozy den is off the main level living and features a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, gas fireplace and half bathroom (perfect place for kids to hang while the adults are one room over!)
Three decks to enjoy the private lot and outdoors:
1) Large Main deck off of the living space with outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and gas grill
2) Cozy deck off of the den with lounge chairs
3) Large deck off of the guest bedrooms with bistro table

Bedroom 1: King bed plus attached bathroom (on its own level, one floor up from the main level).

Easy Check-Out. We don't require chores upon your departure, this is your vacation! Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful but not required. Otherwise we will take care of everything!

Hiking trail access just down the street. Fredonia Gulch Trail is just a short walk from the property to the switchback. It is a 4.5 mile out and back up Red Mountain that feature wildflowers and excellent views.
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places in our area do not have it!
> This mountain home is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft. More information can be found on the CDC website regarding the effects of high altitude.
> The floors may be cold in the morning. Bring slippers!
> The Town of Blue River has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> Events that exceed the permitted overnight occupancy of the home are prohibited.
> There is a ring doorbell security camera located on the front door of this house.
