About this house rental
Custom Multi-Level Ski-In home with 5 sleeping areas. Our home is situated on a beautiful, wooded lot offering a nice, secluded feel with a private hot tub! We are located in old town Winter Park just down the road from all of the activities and dining options at the base of Winter Park Resort! If you're coming via Winter Park Ski Train, the train stop is at the resort just 800 yds away! Come and enjoy a serene mountain experience at our home and make wonderful lifetime memories!

Staying at the beautiful Ski-In home. Some things to know about the house.
On the outside of the garage and main entrance, there is a large propane grill. For the garage there is plenty of room for one vehicle placed inside with a door to enter into the house. If you park out front with the option for 4 more vehicles there is a large front door with a keypad to have easy access.
The main entrance has stairs that lead down to the main level:
Bedroom #1: Full size bed with a large office space attached. Large Flat screen tv with Roku. Small space heater in the office as well as a controlled panel on the wall under the TV for more warmth.
Through the double doors and to the left is the large laundry room with an amazing washer and dryer. For the babies there will be a pack-n-play and booster seat under the folding table.
Right off the Laundry room is a half bath (#1) and storage closet across the hall.
Continuing into the house you will have a large outstanding kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the standard kitchen appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, oven, and microwave. It has all the silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, knives, cooking utensils, salad bowls, serving dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets, muffin tray, pizza tray, baking pans, etc. that you should need. There are many kitchen appliances available for use including a crock-pot, instant pot, blender, automatic coffee maker, toaster. Please note that cooking times will need to be adjusted for high altitude cooking. (In general, water boils at a lower temperature and cooking times will increase at altitude.) Do not run the oven's self-clean at this altitude.
Dining table off the kitchen is large with a seating for 6 and 4 seats at the breakfast bar.
Once you leave the Kitchen you enter the massively high ceiling living room. There is a sofa and 4 chairs for a nice hangout around the Large 65 in. TV and a beautiful wood fireplace. (Firewood is NOT supplied.)
Off the living room you will find massive glass sliding doors to the scenic patio that has a large table seating 6 people.
Upstairs: Level 1.5: Bedroom #2: Full size bed with twin over twin bunk beds. Large flat screen TV with a couch for a cozy movie time for the kiddos. Plenty of children's toys in the room.
Ensuite full bathroom (#2) with sink, toilet, shower/tub combo.
Upper Level: Master suit (bedroom #3) with a King Bed and a huge walk-in closet. There is a large flat screen smart TV facing the bed with sliding doors to a scenic balcony. The master suite (bathroom #3) has an ensuite full bathroom with a jetted bathtub and stand-up shower that is beautifully tiled. Sink and toilet.
Now going back through the living room to the stairs by the TV you go downstairs to the basement level.
BASEMENT LEVEL:
Bathroom #4: Sink, toilet, stand up shower.
Bedroom #4: King bed and HUGE ensuite bathroom (#5), sink, toilet, stand up shower.
Massive second living room in the basement has 2 sets of full over full bunks (4 beds total), 1 couch, 1 sleeper sofa. There are games, an art table and toys. There are double sliding doors to exit the house for the amazing and large hot tub. The hot tub is serviced between each stay. Please close the hot tub cover securely after each use. The hot tub jets can take up to 30 minutes to shut off, don't worry if they don't shut off immediately. Please contact the on-site property manager if the water line is below the jets. Please note: do not use the hot tub past 9 p.m. in accordance with county quiet hours. Please respect our neighbors by following quiet hours at the hot tub, 9:00PM - 7:00AM
If you have any hot tub related issues, please text a photo of the tub's error code and contact our on-call maintenance team, someone will be dispatched accordingly.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.
High speed internet with Wi-Fi connection.
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9 pm to 7 am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total (5) at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

Location was great. Kids loved all the trains going by. Lots of great walks in the area. Easy trip into town. House was clean and laid out well for our gathering. Kitchen was really well supplied with everything we could need for making meals. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for our group of 15. There were minor things that didn't seem accurate in the listing but it wasn't that big of a deal. The location is probably way better in the winter.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for large family. Stayed with our 4 children and their families. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms with plenty of space in the common areas to gather. Perfectly appointed with everything you need to prepare meals.

This home is very accommodating for large groups and beautiful. The garage can only fit one car, though. The “ski in” is an unmarked narrow trail off of the Turnpike run through the woods that is for skilled skiers so a green level skier would have a hard time. The walk to the lifts is 8 football-lengths away or you can drive to the base but you have to choose what you are going to do. You cannot ski in without walking to the Gemini lift because if you drive, your car will be impossible to get to. Also, if you are staying here in the winter, you have to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the hill to the house. We had to go buy tire chains to get up the hill in our 2 wheel drive vehicle. These are the only things you must know before you rent here but, we still give it a 5 star rating. The mgt was very easy to communicate with.

Three families and three generations. We all had a bed and a room we could get away to if needed. Two different family rooms help spread the fun around. Loved the ski in. Loved the solitude and fresh snow. Made for a magical Christmas.
