Great location for Reds games, Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum. Absolutely no problem with the lock/unlock code. Unit was very clean. When we had questions about extra sheets, management was very responsive. Would recommend this location for families, as there's enough room to move about. Sloped ceilings were not a problem for us.

The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. Back bedroom is warm, could use a ceiling fan and cotton sheets not microfiber on the beds would be nicer for sleeping Grand Welcome was difficult to work with. Told them of a broken towel bar and nothing was done. No place to hang towels. Took over a week of communication to get our checkout time correct (even after we paid for the late checkout). They communicate through to many numbers. Didn’t care for getting text messages from different people would like to communicate through VRBO.

We came into town for a funeral. The place was very clean and well kept. We were able to relax in comfort during this trying time.

We absolutely loved the location of the place. Our main complaint was the cleanliness of all the towels. (They all smelt like they soaked up some serious mildew at some point) There also wasn’t any extra comforters/blankets for the pull out couch (that we could find). Other than that, we had a great time.

The property was very clean and in a great spot. Appreciated the parking spot and easy communication with hosts. If it weren’t for the stairs and low ceilings, I would highly recommend.
Unfortunately, we didn’t realize how intrusive the low/ slanted ceilings were when we looked at the pictures. I hit my head or had to duck low every time I walked around the bed, stood up from the toilet, got out of the shower, or tried to get clothes out of my suitcase on the dresser. The 2nd bedroom is up another flight of stairs (2 flights to get into the apartment) and is very hot. My son ended up sleeping on the couch instead.
I’m not a short woman and have a bad back. Someone else might not find the ceilings or stairs an issue. Again, the hosts were great and the area was pretty cool.

The unit was very nice and very clean! The only thing we didn't like was the amount of stairs we had to climb to get in. Carrying the luggage up those flights was exhausting! Other than that it was great! Very good location!!

We came to Covington for Bengals training camp in Cincy. Loved the location of the apartment, just not the low ceiling in bathroom and bedrooms but made due. Enjoy being close to all the restaurants and bars, lots of stuff to do in that area. We will be back maybe try one of the other apartments with less stairs lol.
