Great stay for families in proximity to YVR

+ Convenient location to catch a flight from YVR, but still far from a sky train station. You should consider a taxi, especially if carrying luggage.. + Great for families (toys, books, plenty of kitchen utensils) + Easy to get a hold of the host. The instructions how to get in the room were a bit unclear but it was easy to understand once at the place. + WiFi was real fast

- it's a basement unit. So expect limited daylight, but it's covered by multiple options of fixtures. - being in a basement can also impact the moist level in the rooms but it's maintained by dehumidifiers all around (no a/c) - floors are a bit cold, bring indoor shoes - bedding and furniture is nothing fancy but it works.

We stayed two nights and it was highly convenient for us and we appreciated having done space after being in hotel rooms

Spacious and well equipped. Laundry facilities a big bonus. Good provisions in bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location

Maybe a little bit of clutter that could be removed and I didn’t really like the proximity of the dog in the front house. The outdoor garbage area could be tidied up as it was pretty messy.

It was good for the most part

The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly and allowed a later checkout

There were dogs barking from about 7am til about 10am, which was frustrating as we had a late night the night before

Very good

It was very spacious and comfortable to stay. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood, so we felt safe when we were returning to B & B after dark. The owner was friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. This place was like a home away from home for us.

We didn't mind at all, but they do have a dog upstairs and we could hear him sometimes.

Good sized rooms. Plenty of amenities (TV, fridge, kitchen with cookware and dishware, washer/dryer, etc.) Provided thoughtful extras such as paper towels, new dishwashing sponges, bottled water, slippers, room fan, etc.

Place was a little dated with mishmashed decor and furniture. Bath towels smelled a little moldy.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Just take cash

Great spot to stay overnight and we were able to leave our bags before check in.

The payment was very difficult my card was declined and then my brothers card was also declined.. which we could not possibly understand as we had no problem using them elsewhere. At 8:30pm we ended walking 2km to an ATM to get cash out. If you are staying make sure you take cash with you.

Perfect for 2 nights.

Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. For us it was perfect, because it is close to the airport. Nice host, who was very flexible with our too early arrival and later check-out.

Mary was exceptional!! we arrived in the early hours of the morning after unexpected flight delays. Mary woke up to direct us to our accommodation and was most helpful through our 3 night stay. Our departure flight was also delayed so she stored our bags after check out. while the accommodation may be a bit dated, the service from Mary more than made up!!

It was not very clean or well appointed The electricity and plug points were suspect It lacked a good standard of kitchen equipment The condition of the apartment needs a major refurbishment It's not an acceptable standard for bookings.com

Rooms and bed were comfortable. Mary was so good, letting us have a late check out after a very late flight in and generous with her offer of storing our bags for a while.

Superb

The kitchen and dining place are so spacious! Have most of the things you need The sofa is comfortable =) The host seems to improve the facilities The washer and clothes dryer, and bathroom devices look new =)

The clothes dryer seems too hot that I dare not let it on while sleeping due to fear of fire 🙈 The bed is a bit too soft (but we realize it happens in other rental place as well) Otherwise most are great 👍

As an improvement could have done with a couple of pages on nearby restaurants and where to shop and how to use equipment and wifi but no big deal

Very good

We did not meet the owner, but everything was well indicated. It is very clean, there is everything you need (shower gel, shampoo, new toothbrush, hair dryer, washing machine,...) The living room and the kitchen are great. I recommend it.

Small negative point we hear the people on the floor above but we could sleep weel.
