Adequate.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was ok!

The bus shuttle did not run on time and for me to get a hold of the number of the shuttle took too much time!

Bad Front office

Can't think of any. Just a basic hotel.

The 2 lady receptionists were not friendly at all in the afternoon/ night shifts on 22nd May. Front office is so important for any hotels... this one definitely needs a huge improvement.

Convenient for a night after or before a flight.

Good restaurant on site. Comfortable waiting area pre-check in. Free airport shuttle which leaves every 30 minutes.

Disappointed in the condition of our room.

The staff were nice. The bed was very comfortable.

It is very noisy by the highway. The TV kept cutting out...poor reception. The light by the bed kept short circuiting... it would go off and on randomly. The room smelled musty. The faucet in the shower is peeling. The chrome finish was mostly gone. The shower head is old. In todays world, it should be a hand-held model. One of the two elevators is out of order. The ice machine on our floor (3rd) didn't work.

Would definitely stay when travelling from Vancouver airport.

Perfect for getting to the airport,parking was great,so great to have the shuttle ride to and from the airport.Restaurant was nice as well.

Great value and fast to get to airport

Helpful staff, great value. Free shuttle to airport is great, it is less than 10 minutes away.

Room was a bit noisy - next to highway, windows probably too thin/not properly sealed or isolated. It was definitely not terrible, I could sleep well, but still worth mentioning.

I had to make an extra $50 "damage deposit" on check-in, which was not identified in the booking information, and have yet to have it refunded, six days later.

Convenient airport hotel with good selection of amenities and free airport shuttle

Very helpful and timely free airport shuttle. Restaurant on site and free coffee available throughout. Fitness centre well equipped, WiFI worked well and no issues throughout the hotel. Overall pleased with quality of service given by staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

I’m almost certain my feedback won’t be addressed, but the room had a bad smell of wet carpet. It was really annoying. The heating system appears very old. The entire room requires renovation. The bathroom, on the other hand, was fine and recently renovated.

Restaurant closed 22:00 and couldn’t find any restaurant nearby. The staff was not polite and helpful.

Extremely overpriced for what is offered.

Location is close to airport and beside a bus route that takes you to the skytrain in 10 minutes.

Cleaning staff entered our room without knocking at 9:00 am while we were still sleeping. Difficult to change temperature settings in the room- went to bed freezing and woke up sweating. There is no thermostat but a unit by the window that blows air and is controlled by dials that are confusing to use. Thankfully the windows open up a bit to regulate the temperature.

Exceptional

The front desk staff were so very helpful. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us and they helped us get to an outlet mall to get essentials for our cruise. They went out of their way to make our situation better!!

Overall good stay for our needs.

Near airport, shuttle availability, great restaurant at location, hot breakfast vouchers, comfortable bed, refrigerator, walk in shower. Second night moved room to quiet location.

1st night noisy room location. High price per night on weekday.

In a residential area, little to do around it, extra payment for parking, restaurant pricey with no discount for staying there. Room was a little tight, no couch and tv hard to operate
