This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home is the perfect spot for 7 night stay in the Sarasota / Siesta Key Area. 1.5 miles away from Downtown Sarasota! Beautiful Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach less than 7 miles from your front door. Fully stocked updated home and great for longer stays if needed.
This 3 bedroom open home has a pool surrounded by lush greenery and a lovely patio set up. Full Chef's Kitchen equipped for the family chef, stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The kitchen also has a coffee bar with a Keurig machine as well as a coffee maker. The owner suite of the this chic beachy vibe home has king bed, a large smart TV with live streaming- and large walkin shower. Nice feature private door to pool area.. The two additional bedrooms (King) & (Queen) equipped with Smart TV's and share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a workspace desk and game room.
The backyard is equipped for the family vacation! Not only is there a pool, but a large outdoor shower. We provide beach chairs, pool towels, pool toys, and outdoor lounge chairs. There is outdoor dinnerware in the kitchen in case you'd like to enjoy outdoor dining. Table for the outdoor dining table and chairs for six. A very nice home away from home. Since the booking through the 7 days that we stayed, everything had been an excellent experience. Lisa had been honest, available and friendly. A beautiful decoration and a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms and bathrooms welcome us. Every detailed was taken into consideration to make the stay better. Coffee and popcorn bars are a big bonus! Thank You

This house was exactly as pictures showed. It's extremely clean! So many little touches around the house to spoil you during your stay. Hostess thought of everything. Truly a great experience for our family. Location was wonderful too. Two blocks from Publix grocery store and mere minutes to the beaches. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay - the place is clean, stylish, has everything you need. The pool was a life saver.
The neighborhood is charming and so quiet! Stores and restaurants are very close.
We loved the farmer's market and Lido beach was our favorite - so many seashells!
Definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon.

We stayed at the Sunshine Inn for a week while our daughter was competing in a race in Sarasota. The house was exactly as seen in the photos and was very thoughtfully decorated and appointed! There was nothing we couldn’t find supplied at the house! Lisa was responsive and super helpful (our only issue was the pool needed a cleaning when we arrived; Lisa had flagged the issue before our arrival and had the pool servicing company out the next day). A nice bike/running trail is right behind the house and it’s a short drive (or walk in cooler weather) to downtown. We loved it and hope to return next year!

This wonderful home is in a great location. So close to all the beaches and downtown. The bedrooms were super comfy and the kitchen stocked with way more than you could ever use. We loved it here!
It is super clean and had beach towels and chairs that all matched the homes theme of sunshine.
We really didn’t want to leave.

We loved the layout of this bungalow. With the open Kitchen/living room, large island, and nice pool in the back, we enjoyed the time at this house. The location is close enough to beaches, closer to downtown, and just off the Legacy Trail - plenty to do for everyone.

The Sunshine Inn could not have been a better place for the 6 of us. Our grandsons loved the pool! The Inn met all of our expectations. We would enjoy staying again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely bungalow near Payne Park. Being near the park and downtown Sarasota was a real plus. The house was well-appointed, clean, and in great condition. The pool is heated and well maintained and we enjoyed it as well. Lisa, the manager, was always available if we needed assistance or help. WE had a great time.

The house was exactly as it appeared in online pictures. Very nicely decorated, very homey and cozy and immaculate. There were so many nice touches and nothing skimped on. We loved the heated pool. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Lisa was easy to work with. We will be coming back next year.

We booked for two weeks. It was a rocky start. The kitchen ceiling was leaking. Took visits by the agent, an HVAC technician and a plumber to get it fixed. Next, neither we nor the agent could figure out how the coffee pot worked. Lisa ordered a replacement. Next, though the unit listing promised cable tv, the owner had "cut the cord in favor of cheaper streaming to the smart tv's. The problem was that only two of the six NFL playoff games played on the weekend were available on the streaming platforms provided. The agent agreed to take advantage of a free 7-day trial of a streaming service showing all the games, so we got to see them. Lisa was willing to work to make all these initial problems right, and she did, but it was not the relaxing, issue-free stay was had expected at this price point. I also am waiting for the refund of my $1500 damage deposit.

Perfect location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped for a full meal and the grill outback next to the pool seals the deal, why go anywhere else! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the game table. The adults were happy to make gourmet coffee and tea at the drink bar.

We visited with our 3 kids (all 5 and under.) And it was perfect. Walking distance to a HUGE playground. Plenty of bed space for everyone, the property even had a pack-and-play and highchair we could use so we didn't have to pack our own. Communication with host was fast and easy, we had everything we needed. The popcorn bar was the cutest addition, my kids loved it. Also there were chain locks on the doors out to the pool which as a parent with young kids really gave me peace of mind that they couldn't go out there without us.

This property looked exactly as you see in the photos. It’s a newer remodel with a great pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was very clean. Also the location can’t be beat! You can pick up the Legacy Trail just on the other side of the back fence, which leads to Payne Park. We walked there every day with our dog, which was perfect. The house is just a very short drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key.
The property owners were very responsive to any inquiries that we had while we were there. They actively reached out to ensure our satisfaction, which was great.
We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay here, we are very sad to leave. We loved having the pool, but the location is the best part…legacy trail or Payne park for a walk. 20 min drive to the farthest beach (Siesta Beach), Lido is only 8 min drive which is our fave. We found the best shelling on the very north tip of lido. So many restaurants close by! Main St Ice Cream is the best we’ve ever had.
Every detail was thought of, we had everything in the house we needed for making dinners in….I had to work while there, have g a dedicated space was very appreciated.
Lisa was very responsive to our questions and had the best restaurant recommendations too
We can’t wait to go back, hopefully sooner than later!

We were in Sarasota for the ACA Canoe and Kayaking Sprint National Championships being held at Nathan Benderson Park. This was a great location and place to relax for competition week. The home was absolutely incredible with everything you might possibly need and then some. The pool, coffee/popcorn bar, and master bath were exceptionally amazing. This will be our go to spot to stay whenever we are in Sarasota.

Great place, inside is spotless, beautiful, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Lovely outside area right on a walking trail. The stone used for the pool deck gets SO HOT we couldn't really use the pool or let our toddler around it too much. It's beautiful but a burn risk for children/pets if they are in the backyard/in the pool and get out barefoot, even for a few seconds.
With that said, we'd still stay at the house again and love the area, the hosts and the home.

The Sunshine Inn was perfect for our stay in Sarasota. The things we wanted to do were so close from great restaurants to the beach and shopping. When we were ready to kick back the house was so comfortable and the backyard pool area was an added bonus. Also, Lisa was great to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would love to return again!

Wow, such a clean, well decorated bungalow! It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are cozy, and the backyard is such a fun spot!
We traveled with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 7. We LOVED the Payne Park being within walking distance and the walking/bike trail.
Sarasota has so much to offer. Farmers market on Saturday mornings, museums, circus, delicious restaurants & dessert at Morton's Market. Gym within walking distance too.
This is a must stay spot!

We are big vacation rental people and this is the happiest experienced we’ve ever had with one. The house is adorably decorated and every detail was well thought out. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. There are as many cutting boards, utensils and even spices as you will need for a week. The location was perfect. We felt centrally located for everything we did this week. The beds were all very comfortable! Coming home without back pain is quite refreshing! My family of 5 was very comfortable in this home. We had a wonderful week at this property. Lisa went above and beyond making our family stay fantastic. All restaurants were within 10 minutes, and Siesta Keys beach and access was awesome! Heated pool was a bonus. Three bedrooms made privacy for all. House was decorated in a very modern decor! Thanks again to Lisa for making this trip a memorable one.
