This property is in a great location. The boardwalk down to the beach is in need of repairs. We were disappointed that there were not any lights in or around pool area. The pool also is not heated. When pool guy came to clean the pool, I asked about the heater. He said it would cost $100 a day to turn he heat on. Hardly any electrical outlets worked in the bathrooms. Other than those few items, it was as described. I would stay there again.

This house was great & as expected for the most part! We were disappointed that there were no umbrellas at the pool — hoping that’s something that can be added for next time as there is an umbrella stand and a table with an umbrella holder already there. Also, the bedrooms are BRIGHT. I’m not sure why beach houses never have quality curtains but sleeping past 6am was a struggle with the light. We did spot 3 roaches in the first 24 hours but it’s a beach house with lots of doors & windows so they’re bound to get in sometimes. The kitchen was pretty well stocked & we appreciated the linen service. The beds were all pretty comfortable which is a huge plus. I will say the cleaning crew didn’t do a *great* job prior to our arrival; our kids had black feet within a few hours of being there. Some of the dishes were also dirty when we went to use them but based on the check-out process, that’s the previous renters’ fault. Check-in was super easy & we liked the minimal check-out process. This house is next to condos & a public beach access so not quite as quiet/private as we expected. Overall, this is certainly somewhere we would stay again for the price! For anyone curious about the layout, the room with 2 queen beds is downstairs next to a full bathroom (they aren’t connected). Upstairs, two of the king rooms have a jack & jill style bathroom while the other two rooms share a bathroom that’s entrance is in the hallway.

Beautiful property, great location, nice pool. Be aware you do not get sun rise or sunset over the ocean. Property needed a thorough cleaning. No basics were provided; no tp(ok 1 roll), dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hot pads, kitchen towels and cloths, hand soap. Management company never sent check in instructions. I had to call them and was then sent the wrong unlock code. Our listing said 11:00 check out but cleaning person was knocking at our door at 930 wanting us to leave. Great Property, terrible property management company.

Had the essentials. Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool area was delightful! Did not like having to make our own beds and provide all household products - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shower supplies, beach towels ect. But was made well aware to bring these things. The area is lovely and charming.

We spent a week here, three adult siblings with their spouses and some extended family. Overall the house was great for us, and we truly enjoyed our time there. That being said, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The pool was supposed to be heated; it was not. Perhaps the heater will be repaired in the future, but as of late March 2024, the pool was not heated. Honestly, we got along fine without the pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use it. The house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, as evidenced by some rodent droppings. We did not freak out about this, knowing that rodents sometimes occupy spaces that are not constantly used. We promptly contacted the property managers and they immediately sent cleaning people and pest control to remedy the situation. No rodents, or evidence thereof, surfaced for the rest of the week. Aside from that incident, the rest of the house was spotless and everything was quite comfortable. The kitchen worked well for our group, and it was quite well-stocked with equipment for people who want to cook, which we did. Plentiful hot water, comfortable beds and furniture, as well as gorgeous views from an absolutely marvelous location had us all talking about returning in the future to this house. It's definitely a strong option for us, because overall we had a terrific time.

Serendipity was a great stay! We stayed the week of Easter and the house was in the perfect location. House was just as pictured/described. The privacy fenced in pool was perfect for a couple of our windy days. The private beach access was great as well. Made it easy to go back and forth from the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable and the sun rises and sets were beautiful from the back porch. Only thing I would say you need to be aware of is that you will need to provide your own paper towels, dish and hand soap and toilet paper. The management company only provided one roll of TP for all three bathrooms. Also, one thing I would have changed is that the house sleeps 14/15 people but the living room couches only sit 5 comfortably so you can’t have a big movie night unless you pull chairs from the kitchen table. Other than that, it was a great stay and would definitely be interested in staying again.

The house was just as described- terrific! We loved the location for going out on the beach to walk and play or needing to go somewhere on the island. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our family meals and the large table served us well for playing games and doing jigsaw puzzles! The only negatives were: there was no recycle bin, only a trash bin; and the tv remote batteries were dead. We only got it to work after taking batteries out of one of our grandson’s toys. We didn’t watch tv in any of the bedrooms, so I’m not sure if those remotes work. Minor issues. We loved our stay!
