Beautiful property with great amenities

The property is very nice and in a good location that is close to restaurants, bars, stores & ASU Stadium. We also enjoyed their wonderful pool and workout center. The staff is top notch.

The road noise at night was a little much but not terrible.

The location of the property was excellent 10/10. The service was excellent as well room was comfortable and very spacious!

When I checked in it was very hectic and I just wanted to go to my room and lay down but there systems were down and it caused a huge delay for everyone. I had to wait close to 50 Mins to get into my room upon arrival. To add a cherry on top of it I was in room (326) as soon as I got in there I immediately went back downstairs to complain about the room because right outside the window is a door and a wall not very appealing to look at! And they told me that they would change my room when there was another that was available to my liking never heard back from them at all. Later that night I noticed that there was 2 stains on the bed spread one on the sheets and 1 on the pillow (which kinda looked like makeup so there was someone in the hallway who I believed worked by the bar or some kind of house keeping the problem and the room number and he said he would let the front desk know didn’t hear anything at all for the remainder of the night…So in the morning there was a lady with a clipboard walking around and I told her and the only thing she did was give me a set of sheets …I

Quick overnight stay for local concert.

This is a very clean, new hotel. We did not have time to visit the roof deck bar or the pool. Coffee pods in the room. They spontaneously upgraded us to a higher floor.

Three elevator bays were slow.

Staying at the Omni in Tempe wasn't the initial plan but turned out to be the best plan. Exceptional

The location was very convenient and the most of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. McKenzie the Room Director was ultimately the deciding factor for us to stay at this Hotel, she was very professional, nice and accommodating during our phone conversation prior to our arrival. Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and a just all around pleasant person to meet.

In all fairness there may have been a couple of new front desk girls that weren't initially helpful but maybe after they have more training things will be better. So on my next visit if they are there I can better determine that. The only thing I didn't like was completely out of the Hotel's control was the late night engine revving or drag racing outside that was going on all the way up til 2am made it very hard to sleep.

Ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel.

Once we changed room to quiet side of hotel, our stay was fine. Staff was wonderful

The noise from the street was so loud— gunning motors, we thought our window was open. Neither of us slept, even w pillows over our heads and ear plugs.

Won’t be staying here again unless it cost half, then it would make sense.

The location and concept of the rooftop bar is great.

Nothing was worth the cost of any of it. Way too overpriced, half of the hotel room didn’t work properly, toilet ran all night constantly, the walls are thin as hell and can hear everything, the brand new room came with a broken keurig coffee maker, the valet should be a benefit to staying as a guest at the hotel not an additional cost- that’s what tipping is for. Then being TAXXED for the valet parking I had to pay additionally for after paying such a high rate for a sub par hotel is absurd and hilarious. Overall disappointing, only reason I enjoyed myself was because I was with my partner for his birthday and we made the best of it. Won’t be staying here again unless it cost half, then it would make sense.

Be pampered and above all the noise

Very convenient to lively streets and restaurants around ASU. Staff were happy and motivated to please. The property was immaculate. Modern art gallery is nearby, if you brave the heat.

Parking in the area adds significant expense, although you can use a nearby street at night. A more spacious refrigerator with a freezer tray would have been nice.

Luxury and beauty in the desert

Exceptional

The staff is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, to when we left. Love the rooms and the mid century modern / contemporary cross over. Crispy clean. Pool deck with the bar was perfect for our stay. Needed a getaway from Tucson, and that made our weekend just what we were looking for. Room service- food- excellent. And location gives many options if you want to venture outside of the hotel. Absolutely looking forward to our future stays!

Ice machine on our floor was broken, but concierge offered to bring some to our room. The pool deck could use more umbrellas for coverage from that summer sun. For those that prefer to have your car close by, there is no on site parking, but the valet is great and they are very efficient at getting your car to you when needed...24 hours a day. Those are super insignificant things that are not even a bother.
