Fix bathroom light in downstairs bathroom hard to use in the dark, put correct WiFi info in the book and email, we found the correct info on the side of the router, spray for spiders we killed quite a few, beds extremely uncomfortable. View was beautiful.

Great location with plenty of space to unwind. Clean and tidy. Toaster was broken but we made do. Overall a great place.

This house is in a nice spot, but it is either in need of a better property management company or the owner needs to do a better job of keeping up with the place.
When we visited, the washing machine wasn't working, multiple TVs were not working or were missing the devices that would have allowed for streaming (and for which instructions were provided, so they must have been there at one point). The bunk bed felt like it could barely hold the weight of our five-year-old, the toaster stopped working while we were there, and on and on.
The washer in particular was irritating because the management company obviously knew it wasn't working but just casually left a sticky note on it rather than contacting us ahead of time so we could at least plan for that when packing. When I contacted them, they made absolutely zero effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation of any kind for the house not being as advertised.
To top it all off, the house doesn't have keypad entry and only one key was provided, so unless everyone leaves and returns to the house as a group at exactly the same time you have to leave it unlocked while you're away or risk whichever group doesn't have the single key being locked out if they decide they're ready to come back first.

Pleasant stay, enjoyed walking the trail behind the house. The market store and beach were close as well, 5 mns max. Only thing that we wished the upstair rooms had larger beds and in general more supplies like toilet paper.

Had a nice time staying at this home while in town fishing for a couple of days. Nice view, trails through the woods behind the home, lots of deer, and close to the beach. Would stay here again!

Everything as advertised, listening to ocean waves through bedroom windows at night was great. Views of ocean from many windows a bonus. Backing up to BLM forest made for quiet and peaceful times.

My dad and I were able to spend some quality time together here. The house was exactly as described. Well stocked so we could cook our own food. Very comfortable. We love our time in this little house 🏠!

When we booked this home, the listing indicated it would sleep 10, had queen-size hideabeds in the loft and living room. However, there was only a hideabed in the loft but it was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep on it. There was NO hideabed in the living room. We were able to catch our daughter and had her bring her queen blowup air mattress. This still left one couple on the floor in the loft. This house sleeps 2 adult couples comfortably and 3 children in twin beds or one additional adult and 2 children for a total of 7 guests. The listing also said there was high chair - there was not - and that there was an enclosed balcony with spectacular views - there was not. We requested that the listing be updated to reflect these errors and that has now been done with the exception that it still says it sleeps 10. We specifically requested that that be changed to 7 or at most 8. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you have more than 6 adult guests and even then 2 will be in twin beds (lower bunk and twin room). The rest of the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked, there is plenty of sitting room at the table and island, plenty of living and sitting space (unless you have to put a queensize mattress in the open area). Shoreline Rentals was receptive to our issues and did in fact update the listing as we requested with the exception that it still says it sleeps 10. We did all walk to the beach a couple of times - a little bit of a hill coming back up but not bad. A good place to rent if you don't have more than 6 adult guests.

Lots of room for kids to play & lots of board games there. The bikes are for adults & pretty rusty & crusty. Would have loved if there was a hot tub. The furniture was pretty nasty, very dirty, hardly wanted to sit on it.

We stayed three nights and it was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and pans so there was no stress looking for things. My kids used the bikes a couple times for short rides up and down the hill. It was a nice quiet location with a sweet forest out the back. Felt very private. And the room layout was great to separate kids at night. We drove to the beach with the kids just because it would have been quite a walk back up the hill for our younger ones! The thing I appreciated most were clean windows, well set up kitchen area, large dining table, cozy lamp lighting, and sufficient towels for our time! Thanks!
