Great home that is professionally maintained, generously stocked, and boasts great panoramic views.
I fell in love with the area and the people while visiting. Will definitely revisit.
I give the home and the host a 10/10!

Exactly what we were looking for a bay front house with fishing and crabbing in the backyard.
The community pool is a plus.

This property is very clean with modern renovations. The views from the top floor are amazing. The outdoor lounging area is incredible. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.
We were eager to play a round of golf and the course did not disappoint. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy in the community. We even saw a pair of red foxes.
The Marina restaurant had excellent food. We loved the Mahi Mahi tacos.
We were 25 minutes away from Chincoteague. We spent a day exploring and another 1/2 day fishing with Captain Tim.
Ocean City is about an hour north. We spent a day there and enjoyed the 3 miles of boardwalk.
Overall I highly recommend this property. The calm and quit of the community is well worth the seclusion.

My husband and I and both of our dogs loved this panoramic hideaway. No matter the weather our view was gorgeous. The design of the home seemed curated and was luxurious and tasteful. I was also able to purchase a temporary pass for the marina where I kept up with my lap swimming. They also offer tennis and pickle ball. (And I think I saw some manicures happening too!). It’s true that you must bring your own food because there aren’t any grocery stores around. It’s a 20 minute trip each way. But we had plenty to eat. On the last two evenings of our stay we splurged at the Harbors End Restaurant. It’s a literal shack on the water where the harbor ends and the food is decadent! My husband had pork chops and then brisket. He loved it. I had a blackened crab cake and then a soft shell crab sandwich. SO GOOD!! We spent some time in Chincoteaque where we got our Mr Whippy cones and discovered a taco truck that was unmatched. Mostly we enjoyed the property. He continued to telework and we felt right at home but in an elevated and luxurious way. It was a fantastic way to celebrate our 35 years together!

We enjoyed our Easter break at this lovely home. The kitchen and living room space had great seating--so nice to sit with our coffees and watch the sunrise. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The decor makes this an inviting space.
We are frequent travelers and so we appreciate when owners pay attention to making their property welcoming to renters with touches like sufficient space in bedrooms for the things we bring (like luggage) and plenty of hooks/rods to hang towels in the bathroom. Some property owners overlook this but Nick, our host, is thoughtful about the renter experience.
We would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful kayak and outdoor space but the weather did not cooperate. Nick was very responsive to our emails; it was clear from our communications that he was anxious to make our visit great.

Despite the uncooperative weather, we had a great stay overlooking the water. Will need to come back in summer to get a full sense of the neighborhood. Nick was an awesome host and answered all my questions quickly. House was fully equipped and coffee was provided which is the first thing we need in a rental 😂. Totally recommend this unique listing.

Wanted to visit Chincoteague to view the wild ponies. Was not disappointed. The beautiful home we stayed at did not disappoint, either.
Description, cleanliness, views were spot on. Definitely a must stay.

Amazing views from this quiet and relaxing property. The checkin and communications from the property manager were proactive, easy and effortless. The property we ready and welcoming with the entire home prepared for our impromptu visit to the shore. The layout is wonderful for a couple, adult stay, and families with older children. The spiral staircase is beautiful interior to the home, the renovations absolutely gorgeous and the wrap around windows and porches perfect for early rising sunrise and late night sunsets. Set back in the cove, stargazing with the new outdoor fireplace is a wonderful way to reflect after a day of adventure.

We chose this house because of its unique design and its location on the Eastern Shore. It did not disappoint. The house was incredible and had everything we needed. Nick was extremely quick to respond to al our questions in the booking process and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend.

The whole family had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and the views are to die for. The owner was super helpful and answered any questions immediately. We all had a great time and are already planning our next trip back.

The property was as beautiful as it looks on the photos and actually even better. The home was extremely clean and had all the amenities for our stay. Nick, the host was on top of everything from the day of booking to the end of our stay and very accommodating! We would definitely love to return again!

This home is such a great combination of style and comfort. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the community was just as great as the home. Be sure to go shopping before arriving (Food Lion and other shopping is about 20 minutes away) but the kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of room to cook and store things. Make sure to bring an extra towel upstairs if you are going to shower up there as there is no curtain and the water splashes out no matter what you do (and don't step on the ledge when getting out as it is slick). Other than that everything was great and we look forward to making a trip during season so that we can enjoy the provided tubes and kayak when the water isn't so cold.

Beat our expectations. Great house and great host.

Nick was an excellent host from start to finish. He was quick to respond throughout our entire interaction.
The house was very clean and described accurately in the listing. The water views are fantastic here, every window you look out of has one. The house was well appointed and comfortable for our stay.

A lovely, well outfitted home! Well stocked kitchen pots, pans, great knives and new stove made it easy to fix meals while proximity to both Chincoteague/Assateague VA and Assateague State Park and National Seashore in Berlin MD gave us plenty of choices in how to spend our days. Very well appointed bedrooms made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The bay view and the clean house was the best in the neighborhood!

We loved our stay here! The view was incredible, the house was so cozy and beautifully decorated! The host was so easy to communicate with and answered every question and inquiry promptly! We would definitely stay again!

Modern interior, clean and updated. Quiet area, nice water views. Chincoteague is only 30 min. away. Great place to bring your own watercraft.

Our family loved our last-minute stay here for a long weekend. Nick, our host was super responsive in answering our many questions and made the process very smooth and seamless for us. The house offered excellent sunrise and sunset views right on the water and the kids especially loved being able to fish and "crab" right off the dock out back. The house was very clean, fully furnished, and a very comfortable place to stay.
My only complaints are for others to book well in advance to get passes for the pool and activity center and bring their food/drinks with them because, as the host mentions, there aren't too many places to pick things up nearby. Also, it would be wise to add a shower curtain to the upstairs shower, otherwise, water splashes out onto the floor and nearby HVAC register.
Overall we were very happy with the house and would recommend it to others.

perfect for a stay in chincoteague. easy access to all the tourist spots while being secluded from the crowds. Nick was a perfect host and all was set up to be amazingly comfortable and enjoyable.

This property is amazing. It is tastefully decorated, beautifully furnished, and so unique in many ways. The location right on the water cannot be beat! The neighbors and people in the community are very friendly. We enjoyed days on the water and at a nearby beach cove, and evenings watching sunsets and making gourmet dinners. The property is stocked with all towels, linens, beach chairs, floating tubes, cookware, and a unique kayak that we never actually tried, but looked great. Plan ahead for meal necessities, because food stores are not nearby, and restaurants are pretty scarce unless you plan to drive a bit. The backyard "grill" is a bit complex and takes some time to use, so we shifted cooking plans elsewhere. If you have the time and patience, I am sure it would have made great steaks or other smoked meats! Overall, an awesome & unique place for great adventures & making memories!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and the community amenities and access to Chincoteague and Assateague are excellent.

Very comfortable stay for six adults. Fun interior, not your usual condo on the water. Good gathering space on the top level.

We were looking for a fun and unique place to stay where we could bring jet skis and explore and this place hit the mark! What a unique experience staying in a round house. The decor was very nice, the house was clean, and came with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway for a small group!

The property has beautiful scenic views of the water. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. He had a little trouble getting in because our door code wasn't setup. The listing has a grill/smoker but that wasn't mentioned in the listing. The place a circular house. The coffee maker wasn't working properly but we were able to use a drip method. The house is clean and has everything you need. Bath upstairs could use a shower curtain or more bath mats because bath floor gets all wet when showering. Windows are great but does get hot on the upper level when the temperature is high outside. Bugs get bad but that is expected in this area. You have to pay in advance for pool passes so make sure you use them. The community activities are close by and the drive is not that far from Chincoteague and Snow hill. Overall is was a positive stay.

What a beautiful home. It first attracted me due to the panoramic views which were incredible in person. Nick thought of EVERYTHING! From a can opener, extra toilet paper, beach towels, detergent, etc. We didn't need to get extra of anything as he was prepared for our stay. It was so incredibly clean and well-decorated without feeling cluttered. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the home was perfect enough to stay in and the beaches were only 30 minutes away. I love how remote and safe the neighborhood is as well as there is a security officer that is constantly out. I will be returning!

What a wonderful 3 day adventure. I surprised my daughter and 4 of her friends with a weekend away to celebrate her 16th birthday. The house is exactly as described. Communication with Nick was easy and he was very helpful. All the girls loved the house as it was very modern and had some cool features. We loved enjoying the water views from practically every window. I am looking forward to returning again.

My partner and I were speechless upon arriving at the house, the inside was absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing! We were eating dinner one night and you could see the sunset from the living room windows. It also wasnt too far from the beach, we went and enjoyed stargazing and it was absolutely beautiful, unlike anything we have ever seen. The area is super peaceful and quiet, perfect for a nice relaxing time away from all the stress in life. We will definitely be back in the future!

This unusual house was a great place to relax during our March spring break. There were plenty of spaces for each of us (parents and two college kids) to adopt and relax in our own way and every window has a view.
Nick was very responsive to our questions and clearly takes pride in the renovations he made on the property. We would stay here again if we are back in the area!

My husband and I loved our short stay at this unique property. Water views out every window. Wraparound decks. All the amenities you could need.

The house was beautiful. Very clean. It is a unique house, in that it is round. This design allowed us to really enjoy the view.
The house was well appointed. The decorating style fit perfectly. We definitely will keep this house on our list of Chincoteague properties.

This property is even more beautiful in person.
The area is gorgeous, quiet and perfect for a relaxing winter getaway. There are water views from EVERY WINDOW!
Wow! We can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the “Circle Home” as my daughter calls it :) The views are amazing and very quiet safe area for children and pets. Nick was able to accommodate us even when we had some unexpected changes to our itinerary. Everything worked and was very clean and fully stocked. Nick was responsive to all of my inquiries in a timely manner as we were unaware that booking a couple weeks in advance would have allowed us to enjoy amenities available for guests in the community :) We would love to come back here again for sure!!
