Charming high-end Mapleton Hill Historic District rental, steps to the best Boulder has to offer. This listing is for both units in a historic duplex, just 4 blocks to Pearl Street, 3 blocks to the Ideal Market Shops, coffee shop, 5 minutes to Sanitas Trail Head & North Boulder Park, easy commute to CU Boulder, and surrounding areas. Half a block to all of the major bus lines, no need for a car at this location. Bring your suitcase and you're home! 30 night minimum rental. We offer 10% promo for monthly rentals.

This rental is for both units in our historic duplex, perfect for a larger group. Each unit is 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with an Office and Laundry. Please contact the host to be sure your dates are available for the entire property or if you're interested in just renting one of the units.

The home has recently been renovated and decorated by a published Architect and features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, a decorative historic fireplace, brand new appliances, cabinetry, and custom design features and art throughout.

The main level of each unit feature an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area - flooded with natural light from the large windows. Each Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and a coffee and tea station. Enjoy dining al fresco on the dedicated outdoor dining table on the shared front porch, pull the 2 tables together for a larger group. The home has been completely renovated and includes central air and heating. Brand new plumbing and electrical throughout.

Unit 1:
Open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area complete with a decorative fireplace (non operational) and TV. The main level Bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a large closet with built-ins, a Balcony, and private sink and shower area. There is a Powder Room on the main level close to the entertaining areas. The home has a separate private back door Entry for this unit and one off-street parking space. All doors on the home feature a keyless smart door lock.

The lower level features a Bedroom with an exposed brick wall and walk-out onto a private Patio with a chaise lounge. There is a beautiful full Bath on this level with a bath tub. A garden-level Office is awaiting you with a work station and sitting area. There is an additional fold out desk available should a second work station be needed. The private Laundry has a washer and dryer as well as an iron.

Our family had a great time staying here. The 30 days we stayed in the house went by too fast! The location is awesome – you can walk to all kinds of places: Pearl Street, Ideal Market, and hiking trails just up Mapleton Avenue. The neighborhood itself is historic, unique, and fun to explore every day, which we did. The house was perfect. It’s very clean and has everything you need. It’s fun to be in a historic home that has been remodeled with modern amenities. The separation of units 1 & 2 made for an ideal set-up when our family was with us; everyone had their own space. Stephanie was super responsive and easy to work with. We had no issues come up; the home is very well looked after. We hope to stay here again. A+
