Echter Geheimtipp für Gourmets

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, makelos saubere Zimmer, das sensationelle, mehrgängige Abendessen mit Weinbegleitung und das ebenso reichhaltige, super leckere Frühstück. Nur schon das Essen ist eine Reise wert.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Laurent et Christelle qui ont installé une belle convivialité. Le dîner d’hôte était digne d’un restaurant étoilé, de même que le petit déjeuner. Merci Christelle 👏👏👏

Une expérience inoubliable 😀

Pour ceux qui aiment le concept "chambre d'hôtes avec table d'hôtes" ET pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore, ils vont ADORER Le Mas Victora! L'accueil est très chaleureux. Superbes chambres, grandes, lumineuses, confortables et propres avec vue sur la grande piscine. Un énorme jardin avec terrain de pétanque et plusieurs salons du jardin. Et la cuisine.... la notation ne me permet pas de donner plus que 10 points mais Christelle le mériterait! Incroyable le dîner, comme dans un restaurant gastronomique et toujours un bon vin correspondant. Et quand j'ai vu le petit déjeuner en forme de buffet avec plein de bonne choses fait maison, wow! Je reviens, c'est sûr!

very warm welcome, Cristell and Laurent are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, copious, delicious, with lots of homemade and locally sourced products. Couldn't fault it. Room was very modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable, great nights sleep in very peaceful surroundings.

Très belle chambre cosy ,confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût.

Tout est parfait, les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse et prêts à satisfaire les attentes de leurs clients, le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient somptueux .

A wonderful experience with hosts that go above and beyond. A real find.

It was modern and spotlessly clean and the hosts have thought about every detail to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast was copious with delicious homemade preserves, yoghurts and pastries plus cold meats and cheeses, all washed down with freshly brewed coffee. Be sure to book an evening meal if you can. Chrystel is an amazing chef and Laurent has a fabulous wine cellar and is extremely knowledgeable about the industry.

There was nothing to dislike about Le Mas Victoria

Fabulous place to stay.

This has been the most beautiful stay we have had on our trip around Europe. The hosts were fabulous people and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, it was wonderful. The breakfast was superb and we found out at breakfast that the hosts do dinner also. We wish we would have known as we most definitely would have eaten dinner there too. This should be a 10++ rated place. We wish we had stayed longer, but will definitely return.

There is nothing to dislike about the place.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Laurent and Christelle were the perfect hosts. We were greeted with a cold drink which was much appreciated in 43 degree heat. The location is ideal close to Carcassonne and the recently renovated property has been beautifully completed by themselves. Very efficient air conditioning in the bedroom and outside a veranda overlooks a large pool sitting in a huge garden. Christelle produced an amazing professional standard meal which we enjoyed with our hosts. Laurent was helpful in suggesting local wines to try which didn't disappoint. Breakfast next morning was a stunning collection of homemade treats including orange muffins, crepes, jams and yoghurt together with normal French breakfast items of croissants, bread, cheese and ham. A lovely one night stay after dropping off our daughter at the airport but turned out to be a great find. We will be returning.

Excellent place, hosts, dinner, pool!

Hosts were wonderful. She made a delicious 4-course gourmet dinner for the guests. Beautiful pool for a hot day. Short drive to medieval village. Very peaceful. Stylish decor. Very warm and welcoming.

Should have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay at Le Mas Victoria and only wish it had been for longer. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was exceptional. We couldn’t have eaten better at any restaurant, and had the bonus of a beautiful location and convivial company.

Wonderful holiday. This is a perfect place.

Everything. We had a wonderful time. Everything was personally tailored to our needs. We were looked after like family. We are coming back again very soon. if you can get booked in here you will love the stay. We had all meals here and the food is exquisite. Christelle is an amazing hostess and every meal was delicious. Laurent is a perfect host and picked us up at the airport and took us to places we wanted to visit. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

There is nothing to dislike. This stay was perfect.

wonderful hosts who did everything to make us feel welcome. we particularly enjoyed the dinner with our hosts which was prepared at short notice as we had not booked and the delicious breakfast was all homemade dishes

Love the rooms, the hospitality, the coziness and friendly hosts. Marvelous spread of breakfast, requests met with a smile. We would revisit if we come again. Highly recommended.
