About this house rental

Casa Colibri is a sanctuary in paradise, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom home within walking distance of Uptown. It is a rare home in Sedona with beautiful gardens, a heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub, 2 fire pits and lots of seating - all fully enclosed by terra cotta walls, affording you complete privacy. Whether you are enjoying the front or back yard, the views are magnificent!

Pool is heated to 85 degrees from March 1 - October 31. Pool is not heated from November 1 to February 28. Hot tub is available all year.

We have two security cameras. One covers the garage/driveway area and one covers the north yard (where the maintenance equipment is). There are no cameras in living areas, pool areas, or other common guest areas.

Great house! I feel like I hit the jackpot with this Vrbo house! 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked house with all of the extras that making traveling so much easier. We enjoyed the pool and location. We walked into uptown Sedona several times to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience!

We loved this property! Family of six, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom with an extra room and bathroom to spare. We enjoyed making breakfast, lunch and supper in the well equipped spacious kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and areas to sit and chat multiple times during our stay. Clean, spacious home within walking distance to downtown. Owners were responsive to questions and check in was smooth. Highly recommend!

We can't say enough about our week long stay at this beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, organized, communication to owners was great, and the extra supplies were a bonus! The home is beautiful, spacious, and the views are to die for. The outdoor living area was exceptional, with the heated pool and spa. The automatic pool cover made accessing the pool very easy. The home details were listed in the arrival/departure binder and made it a breeze for check in/out and also listed lots of info about things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was walking distance to shops, restaurants and our morning coffee run. Would 1000% recommend this home to anyone travelling to Sedona! Thank you again for our incredible stay. Truly a private paradise!

Our family of eight (four couples) stayed for six nights and had a wonderful time. The home is in a perfect location, with beautiful views and all the amenities. It is conveniently located within a few blocks of town - an easy walk - and also to nice trails.

Family get-together with 6 sisters from back east. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the great proximity to downtown (shops & restaurants) and hiking trails. If you wanted to stay put, the outside fires or pool were an added bonus.

This beautiful home is located within walking distance to downtown Sedona. You can walk to the Jordan Trail, and take it to the Seven Sacred Pools. The home is well equipped for cooking ( knives could use sharpening :-). It’s clean and extremely comfortable. The Sedona views are incredible. The pool is heated & renters have to remove water on the cover but the process was easy & well described by the owners. Overall it was an amazing house & the owners were very responsive. Thanks for opening your lovely home.

Our family, including me and my husband, two grown sons, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, ages 5 and 8 had a wonderful stay at Casa Colibri. The house is large, beautifully decorated, yet family friendly. We ate most of our meals at the house and enjoyed using the grill. Everyone LOVED the heated salt water pool and hot tub. The house has a beautiful front garden where your morning yoga routine is enhanced by the surrounding mountains. Extra special is the ability to walk out the door and hike nearby trails and watch sunrise or sunset. Libby was always available to answer questions via email or text. We had a wonderful time!!!!

The house and outdoor areas were very clean. They have everything there you could need for entertainment and just being comfortable. We walked into Sedona several times for meals, shopping, and sightseeing. Communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommend!

The property is wonderful. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Even though the house is in a neighborhood, it feels secluded. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. The views are beautiful. We walked to the main street to shop and eat. We are already talking about coming back and staying at this property again.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything well labeled with instructions for the home. Hot tub is in the pool so cover must be removed. YouTube TV is a bummer. Netflix and Prime TV available. Well equipped kitchen.

House is centrally located. Patio and pool area are lovely. However, we found appliance quality to be lacking. The oven didn’t work and the dryer had to run twice multiple times. The water at the sink is very slow. The house had a great deal of rules and was not friendly to those with accessibility needs. The area has a lot of rentals so there was a great deal of noise from other houses even though this house says to be quiet.

Casa Colibri was absolutely wonderful, accommodating our family of eight, including three grandchildren 21,19 and 18. When we weren’t off enjoying all the sites, we were in the pool and spa everyday. We loved our views from the home with Sedona red rock. The beds were so comfortable and never wanted for anything. The home is so close to town, walking distance to restaurants, shops and hikes, even seeing Javelina a couple blocks away!! We loved Sedona and did it all! Tory and family

We loved our stay at Casa Colibri. The hosts were prompt with replies and helpful and friendly. The home was beautifully clean and well-supplied. The pool was lovely and everyone enjoyed many swims. The location is nice and quiet, yet still within a short walk to shops, restaurants, hiking, etc. Perfect vacation! We hope to return some day!

The house is in a great location - in a quiet & upscale neighborhood - about a 10 minute walk to uptown Sedona. Beautiful views and landscaping, and the interior is wonderful. The owners were very easy to work with. Would definitely come back.

Wow what a special place! The house was plenty spacious with spectacular views. The pool and hot tub were perfect entertainment for our kids. The kitchen had every possible utensil you needed. We loved walking to uptown for shopping and dining. It was a great experience. Definitely would recommend.

My husband, I, and 4 friends booked this home. It was AMAZING!! No matter where you were in the home the views were incredible. Close enough to walk downtown to Sedona and drivable to all sightseeing. Spent a lot of time in the heated pool. Would definitely recommend this place. Looking to come back with my adult kids and do it all over. Hosts were very receptive to any questions we had.

Everything about Casa Colibri was perfect. The location was walking distance to Uptown Sedona and its coffee, shops and restaurants and central to all the major hikes and trailheads to the south and west. The house had everything our group of 7 adults needed: 4 large bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, a great dining area and kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, etc. necessary for us to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner. Even in November, the pool was warm, and the hot tub was perfect for post-hike relaxation. The living area had plenty of room to hang out, play games and watch TV. The house was very clean on arrival, and had all the towels, sheets and other amenities we needed. Our communications with the owners were very cordial and efficient, and they were very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. We will come back to Sedona, and would definitely try to work around the availability of this house.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The first day we were stuck inside due to a whole day of rain. Luckily the house is spacious and well appointed, so we were very comfortable enjoying games, movies, and the cozy fireplace. The property has so many wonderful outdoor spaces where one can relax and enjoy the scenery. The house was exceptionally clean and true to the pictures. Communication with the owner was easy and very timely. Thank you for a great stay!

This house is set up so perfectly for a vacation rental! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms meant our group of 4 friends had so much room and privacy. The open living area/kitchen/dining meant hanging out in the common areas was great too. The pool is lovely and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was super clean. And communication with Libby and Scott was easy. It was an easy walk into a portion of town with lots of little shops/restaurants/coffee/etc. For those looking to hike - the Sedona shuttle system was great and we used it for all our hikes. Just drive your car to the shuttle lot and they take you to the trail heads. You can see incredible views of the red rocks from the front yard so sitting out there was great too. (One tip for future travelers - bring bug spray. There had been some rain and mosquitos were out in full force. ) We'd love to come back sometime!!

The house is even better in real life than the listing shows. Great layout for a group trip, with 3 of 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Really enjoyed the pool and walking distance to uptown.
