Came to Burlington for UVM graduation weekend with three generations of family. The house was well stocked, centrally located, and very comfortable for our group of 5. The hosts made it very easy to stay there with coffee, half and half, a bottle of wine, cookies and candy, and available toiletries in case anyone forgot anything. Great experience overall!

So easy to walk everything we wanted to see in downtown Burlington. We were in for the eclipse that was a lifetime phenomenon, also took advantage of so many other things Burlington had to offer. It was great being able to walk to most of them and not worry about parking. House was full of unexpected treats, candy, and a huge number of towels. There was great communication with the owners. House was warm and cozy. Thanks again!!

What a happy little house filled with thoughtful amenities! Comfy beds, soft sheets and fluffy white towels. Giant TV inside and nice lounge area out back to enjoy the Vermont fall weather. Thank you for a great place to land during Family Weekend at UVM.

With a group of 8 booking a place to see a concert, we were late in the process of finding a place to stay that could accommodate 4 adult couples.
We lucked out immensely staying in this property. We were skeptical about how we would fare in a very tight space, but all 8 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The day of the concert turned out rainy, so we had to improvise our plans to hang out in the living room of the house. With an abundance of games and complementary snacks, passing the time was a breeze in a cozy but comfortable space.
We also utilized the outdoor space which had plenty of room for us all to sit, chat, and play some cards in a private setting. The property is very close to the neighboring building so I can see why the host made reference to following the noise rule of 10 pm (we simply moved inside at that point).
We made several walks into downtown Burlington, which around half a mile. Very convenient location, parking was also not an issue for 4 cars in the driving and there seemed to be more for street parking readily available if needed. The easy walk made getting home from the craziness of the waterfront concert a breeze.
The host also provided tons of complimentary candy, snacks, water, a bottle of wine, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. There are plenty of towels as well as extra blankets and sheets to use with the pullout couches. The pullouts do require some moving of the furniture to fit everything, but nothing to bad

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown. We walked to dinner and shopping. Lots of things to do nearby. There are plenty of extra touches, Jacqueline, the host, has thought of everything.

This was my second stay at this property. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive when booking this appointment. The goal of our trip was to actually start some construction on a newly purchased home in the area and this place was a delightful 'home base' during the operation. The supplied snacks and coffee ensured that we could start our day right now cue. Proximity to downtown meant we could easily walk over for a dinner or to watch a football game and have a beer after a long day (not to mention being perfectly set up to watch a game in as well!). Items such as hair dryers, bathroom amenities and extra towels helped us to clean ourselves up after a long day of work. The washer/dryer in the unit was also an excellent addition so we could clean our clothes and not have to pack them all dirty! This home truly will have everything you need and would be great for a short or long term stay, no matter your plans in the area!

You can't beat the location - walk to restaurants and bars downtown or to the breweries on Pine St. There is a small park down the block. Cozy cottage with everything you need, comfy beds, cable tv and a fully stocked kitchen. Joe, the host, provides all sorts of extra touches - snacks and toiletries, just in case you forget something. It was a short stay so we didn't have a chance to use the bikes in the garage but we definitely will do so next time we stay here, which we will!!!

We had an unusual experience that did not start out great but was quickly and efficiently resolved. When we arrived to the property, the door was open and the home had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. It was after 10 pm and that was frustrating as we were exhausted. Contacted owner and long story short, the gal who cleans for him had gotten her days mixed up. We made up the beds from extra linens and then cleaned the bathroom as there was every cleaning tool imaginable available. The next day Paul offered up his bigger home which we accepted. Much larger and way more comfortable. Paul’s style is what we called eclectic and cluttered. It made for a lot of conversation starters. Beds were super comfy and we felt so welcomed at the new place. Plenty of water, snacks, restaurant recommendations, etc. Thanks Paul for making it right.

This rental is very well represented online, but we were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the owner. We arrived to find a welcome bottle of wine (delicious! local raspberry selection), snacks, bottled waters, coffee creamer, MAPLE SYRUP, and lots of drug store items if we found ourselves in need. We stay in a lot of places and have never seen such care given for our needs before. Thank you so much!

This would be an ideal spot for a game day tailgate. Super close to downtown.

Seven of us had a great stay! Great location to walking downtown or biking to the waterfront. The house was fully stocked with furniture, towels, bedding, complimentary toiletries, snacks, and even a bottle of wine. Paul, the owner, was communicative and generous.
Since there were seven of us, the only setback for so much furniture, amenities, and decor was that it felt a little too cramped. Since we used both sofa beds, there were too many recliner chairs in the living room to open both sofas and we had to awkwardly lift and move one into a bedroom that already didn't have much room.
We made great use of the bikes, but a few might benefit from new tires and the proper tool to raise/lower the seat.

Place worked great for us, and we really liked all the outdoor space available to us as well as the easy access to downtown - we walked everywhere.

The location is perfect for those that want to be able to explore the downtown or waterfront of Burlington. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to church street and all of the restaurants.
Unfortunately the in house wifi was not working for us while we were there (it had recently been upgraded) I’m sure it will be resolved for the next renters. Very clean home. Lots of snacks are provided for the guests which was nice, good coffee, good AC (it was exceptionally hot the weekend we stayed there).
Overall great experience.

The property perfectly met our needs. The location made it easy to walk to lots of sites. The beds were super comfortable, the towels super fluffy, the host generously provided lots (and I mean lots) of snacks and extra toiletries in case somebody forgot something. Highly recommend it!

This was truly such a special rental within walking distance to EVERYTHING! This rental probably has the most thoughtful host I have ever been lucky enough to book from. Our stay was SO personal from a personalized welcome sign, to a fully stocked water and snack bar, to little things you may need and have forgotten in the bathroom. The rental had an amazing game selection and bikes for us to use, a wonderful outdoor hang out area. Thank you for making myself and my friends feel so incredibly special, it was truly an honor and privilege to stay at your home, I hope it's available the next time we are in Burlington! I loved this place, I couldn't say enough wonderful things about it! It was a very nice and easy walk to everything, but outside of the “hustle and bustle” of Burlington.

The house was cozy and in the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere we were looking to go. There were complimentary snacks which was a pleasant surprise! Supplies in the house were plentiful as well! Would definitely recommend this VRBO to someone staying in Burlington!

Paul was a fantastic host! You could tell from his attention to detail that he was dedicated to providing anything you may need for your stay. He left snacks, waters, coffee options and even a bottle of wine for us! We used bikes that he had on hand (free to use!) that included helmets and everything you would need - it was perfect! The house has tons of amenities, including chargers of every sort always within reach. In the bathrooms he had all sorts of supplies in case you forgot anything and PLENTY of towels (to put it mildly). The water pressure in the shower is divine, but the shower may not be suited to anyone over 6 ft 2 in! The beds are SO comfortable! Outside has tons of seating and is lovely to enjoy in the mornings, evenings or at night as you feel removed from any road traffic. It is quiet despite being less than a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. It also is close to Pine Street if you wanted to hit up any breweries or anything down more that way. If you are not feeling up for heading downtown, there are inspirational signs, interesting books, board games and legitimately the largest TV I have ever seen to keep you entertained (not to mention a TV in each bedroom). My partner and I stayed here for roughly 4 days, 2 of which my parents also shared the house and it was everything we needed and more.

We were in town for our son to run the Burlington City Marathon-- this was perfect. Location was great, SUPPLIED(!) bikes (and helmets!) were key, and it was exactly what he needed to get ready for the marathon. Neighborhood is quiet, Paul, our host, provided all kinds of unexpected amenities. Great experience!

We came to spend a weekend in the heart of Burlington. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the Keurig and choices of coffees. The fridge was stocked with half and half and milk. There were lots of yummy snacks laid out. There was a basket of toiletries in case we forgot anything. There was a very cute fenced-in patio. We enjoyed being so close to the waterfront and Church Street!
