Located just steps away from the Sea Point promenade, with a clear view of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Town living doesn’t get much better than this. It’s not just the location of this home that makes it so desirable – the chic interior, modern amenities, and sunny balcony make for a memorable stay. There’s a lot to love about this apartment, but our favourite is the dazzling sea view – your balcony is the ideal spot for morning coffees, watching the early sunlight dance on the sea. We love how your host has taken inspiration from the coastal surroundings with bursts of blue, complementing the shoreline beautifully. But that’s where the coastal similarities end – this is an uber-stylish, contemporary home, with angular features and bright walls. The home is made for socialising – you’ll love nights in, chatting around the dinner table and sipping on South African wine. But this home lends itself to any occasion. If you feel like sinking into the sofa and watching Netflix after a day of exploring or working, the relaxing space welcomes you with warm-toned built-in lights, casting a soothing glow around the home. When it comes to exploring Cape Town, the surrounding area is full of natural beauty and amenities. Take walks along the promenade before settling into a local café for brunch, or channel your adventurous spirit and climb Lion’s Head or Signal Hall – they’re both directly behind the apartment. When dinnertime rolls around, hop on the bus to the V&A Waterfront for a gorgeous sunset meal, or make your way home for a sundowner on the balcony.
