This is a stunning, well maintained property in a beautiful area! We would definitely choose to stay here again. The property is gorgeous, is extremely well appointed, and has giant TVS, and (what seemed to be brand new!) comfortable furniture, an amazing indoor and outdoor patio, and is just steps away from an amazing private beach! You can even see the lake from some of the windows. Thanks for a great stay! 💯 recommend.

Not actually ON the beach, but only 100ft around another house on a designated path. The beach is located in a shallow inlet which has warning signs about dangerous currents. The house is comfortable with nice bedrooms and TV access in all but the bunk bed room. TV is app based and getting local channels takes some work, but there is plenty of entertainment available. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are very nice. There is not really enough lighting in the living room but during the day the sirfeit of sliding doors and windows keeps the room bright even on cloudy days. It may take some work getting the owner to free up the thermostat-it was locked and required two texts and some pleading to open it. The gas grill is nice but was left very dirty and required a lot of scrubbing. A nice quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants about 15 minutes West around Sandusky.

This home is very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The access to the beach is a big plus. Four of us enjoyed our 3 nights there. There are some good restaurants nearby and proximity to Sandusky is good.
Do check with the management before committing if it would bother you that there are no closets available for the 2 downstairs bedrooms. I since suggested they get a couple of portable garment racks because the master closet was locked and the second bedroom has no closet at all. The management company said they’d convey that to the owner. I forgot to also mention that there should be direct lighting over the dining table. We had to move a table lamp over for the 4 of us to enjoy our card games. This being said, we do recommend a stay.

My family and I had a nice stay and were impressed by the spacious sizing of the house. It was very clean which is always appreciated!
Our trip included some out-of-our-control non-emergency emergencies (ha) such as a tornado warning. The managers of the home were absolutely responsive and great.
The house itself is a short walk to a beach and a short drive to Cedar Point. Great location for our family.

Great House located in a quiet neighborhood. The private community sandy beach is a short walk from the house and very well maintained. We would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The lake and private Old Homestead beach are beautiful and just a short stroll from the lovely patio.
The home is very clean with many great updates. Having 3 full bathrooms and 2 king bedrooms was a big draw for us and we were not disappointed!
Lisa and Nick were very responsive from start to finish and very accommodating to every request.
We will definitely be interested in returning!
