The Space:
Welcome to one of the cutest little cottages in Capitola Village! This charming two-bedroom, one-bath beach cottage is located mere steps from downtown Capitola Village’s shops, cafes, restaurants, and sandy beaches.
This cottage has been thoughtfully updated and refreshed while still retaining its charms as one of the original Capitola summer beach cottages. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed, making this a perfect home for a family vacation. Nice open living and dining area, full kitchen with new appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of room for meal prep. The bathroom has a shower stall only, there is not a bathtub.
There is a delightful front porch for watching the beachgoers stroll by, and a small rear patio with a barbecue. Charming vintage touches abound in this home, making it a great place for making memories either as a romantic weekend getaway, or a summer family vacation.
Please note: there is street parking only, and no dedicated parking spot. You will be provided with a Village Parking Pass to place on your dashboard.
