We escaped the heat and took a quick getaway to Capitola. The location was PERFECT! We walked to the beach , all our meals and shopping. It was literally a 3 minute walk. The house is actually bigger in person in my opinion then the pictures online. We loved the old charm of the house but wish the old charm included another bathroom lol we survived though. Also like most old houses anytime someone moved the rest to the house heard it. The rooms were spacious with plenty of room to put down an air mattress or two in one. We didn’t have any issues with parking either . Would love to stay here again.

Loved the location! Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Off the busy main streets and very quiet. Bonus that there was off street parking.

Older home with lots of character. Beautiful remodeled bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! One room was colder then others. Window was and would not close properly. Maybe could use some more TCL. I will refer this home to my friends and family.

Everyone was enchanted with this cute getaway and loved the details that had been preserved in the various rooms from the sun porch to the dining nook.

We had the best stay at this home! The house was perfectly located in the village, walkable to everything. It was easy to pack up and go to the beach, morning coffee, and dining. The house itself was large and comfortable and definitely had some charm. The sunroom was wonderful too, especially with our dog. And the keyless entry made check in a breeze!
Thank you Surf City for the wonderful stay, we’d love to book you again in the future!
