About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Vive Felis, a new 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bathroom home with private courtyard and pool. The home is conveniently located just outside the city centre, with just a 2 minute walk to: organic grocery, yoga/Pilates, spa, and restaurants. Just 5 minutes more and you are in town and at the beach. Our home was built in June of this year and is very private and safe, it has a warm and comfortable boho style with parota doors, windows and finishings throughout. The main bedroom has a king bed, ac, private full bath with hand hammered copper fixtures, walk-in closet and from the bedroom you go out onto the sun deck with pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ac, smart tv and closet. The main bathroom has lots of counter space equipped with your bathroom essentials and a rain shower. The living area is wide open where you can enjoy socializing with family and friends while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The dinning room table conveniently transforms into a queen Hyde a bed. We chose this neighbourhood because it is just outside the noise and nightclub life of town. But just remember that these smaller Mexico villages do have some local roosters and dogs. We are very excited to host your stay in beautiful Sayulita Mexico.

Our family stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful home in Sayulita for my daughters 18th birthday, after long day being at the beach is nice to have your own private pool, house was very clean when we got there fist day Reid the owner had a nice cold six pack of beers that was awesome. At all times he was available if you have question or suggestions on restaurants always there. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved the space. Its a great oasis at the end of fun filled day at the beach or adventures. The property has every possible amenity for comfort. The access to the beach is such a nice 10 min walk down the cobbled streets of Sayulita. Reid and his wife are amazing hosts checking in with us to see how everything was going, along some great recommendations. Magical place to enjoy Sayulita and all it has to offer. Already looking forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful property, well-appointed in a quiet neighborhood, unless you are disturbed by roosters and dogs, but honestly you get used to their sounds, was not an issue for us. Greatly appreciated the filtered water - what a bonus! There is a little bit of a walk to beach/town, we actually enjoyed it but something to be aware of. Overall great experience, we would gladly stay at this property again.

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo style home in Sayulita for the week of Christmas! The two bedrooms are spacious and very private, and the master bedroom has a deck with a small pool, perfect for cooling off at end of a beach day or day of exploration. The home works well for two couples or a small family, with a small, but well-appointed kitchen and a great kitchen "nook" for gathering, eating, and gaming. We loved hanging out there!
The home is new, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. There's also a private patio with a great hammock in front of the home, which we also really enjoyed.
For those new to this area, it might be helpful to know that this home is in a residential neighborhood on a dirt road. There are plenty of roosters, dogs, and local music/activities all around! We enjoyed this, but it might not be ideal for those looking for absolute peace and quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk into town, and there is also a nice market and a couple of shops within a 2-3 minute walk.
Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and we can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Sayulita. The home was beautiful from top to bottom.
Our host, Reid, was responsive and attentive… and the cold cervesa waiting in the fridge was a nice, welcoming touch!
I would recommend this home to anybody staying in Sayulita. It’s far enough out of the main town, but close enough to walk back and forth multiple times throughout the day.
Thanks Reid for a beautiful stay!
