The staff was excellent and it did have a great pet fee and Landry room. It had a kitchenette with nothing to cook with or utensils. We found a roach the first day. No coffee maker in the room. No tissues in the room or Bible. We had to get our key remade 2 times in 3 days because it deactivated. The hotel smelt musky. Was a great location. Some of the people staying there were in the bed of their trucks smoking marijuana making it feel strange

The staff was very friendly. Cedar Bluff is a nice area with restaurants and shopping and the hotel was only 15 minutes from downtown and Neyland Stadium. The full kitchen is a nice extra and the room is spacious. It is decorated nicely and very clean. I'll definitely go back.

Jamie checked us in and it was seamless. A very lovely man and the hotel was very nice.

Never able to check in. The front desk attendant was asleep. Waited 40 minutes after calling and being told they would be right there. Had to find a different hotel in the middle of the night on a cross country trip. Literally the worst service ever.
4.3
Very clean! Comfy beds.
4.3
The room was clean. That is only good part of the hotel. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers. The staff is nowhere to be found at night and not until 10am. I have stayed at several hotels recently. It was a very small room with only 2 towels and 2 pillows. The thermostat must be broke because the room was always hot even on 68 degrees. The doorlock was in the wrong spot so it didnt work. For the money I spent I was very disappointed.
4.3
Very quick and friendly. Staff had good knowledge of the area. Hotel is built for long stays. We have a full size fridge in the room plus stove.

The amount of noise was insane! We were staying the night after a 15 hour long car ride and needed to be up to go another 11 hours. All night, and I mean all night, there were kids and people running around above us. We didn’t sleep at all.

Great STAY.. very impressive and great price
4.3
Great place to stay and affordable too
4.3
Very clean but limited amenities

The staff was very friendly and accommodating however the place was extremely noisy. You could hear people walking above and down the hallway. I think we had someone with dogs above us because they were barking a ton and running around almost all night long. Probably would not stay here again

Place was nice. READ THE FINE PRINT.!!!! Said was pet friendly but only allowed dogs. That was in fine print. Loud dogs in room next to us paper thin walls. Disappointed we got kicked out with NO refund when they came into our room without notice and saw we had pets. I did mark we didnt have pets but it was because i was up for almost 3 whole days straight and she said check here here and here and sign.

This appears to be a new hotel in a residential type neighborhood. Front desk ladies were so kind and friendly. Front desk closes down at 9 so arrive before then! The floors arent very insulating and we could here everything above us but the hotel was quiet after 10ish. No breakfast. The room was very large and clean. Beds were kind of hard and squeaky but not too unbearable. I was traveling with my teenage boys and our dog and just needed a place to sleep for the night. Walmart and fast food within walking distance.

My room was modern, clean, and functional. Just passing threw but would have been nice to have a meal in the room versus eating out each time.

I liked the fact that it was a "suite." Had full size fridge to accommodate beverages, fruits, travel snacks with full freezer to freeze water bottles.
Property was clean. It was a "felt safe" area. Challenging to something other than fast food- perhaps putting a restaurant guide together?
Otherwise, good experience.

The hotel was awesome! Clean, new, great staff! So many wonderful things. The room was awesome, the bed was comfortable, giant tv. Only a few minor complaints, the walls seemed a little thin so sometimes heard people around during the night, a little tricky keeping the AC going all night, and finally the entrance blends in and can be a little challenging to see. Outside of that top notch! Great location, fitness center on site, laundry on site, iron and ironing board upon request. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, almost newly built, very fast internet, but very basic facilities and amenities...

It was great, they so sweet

Staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The only thing I have to say was the beds. It felt like we were sleeping on rock, very uncomfortable.
thank you

New property and roomy rooms. Beds were terrible, as if the cheapest single mattress ever made without any box frame. The mattress would creak and crackle when you laid down.
4.3
The condo is situated in a quiet neighborhood. During the weekday, there was not much people around and that is nice. The place is clean and provide us with plenty towels and enough beds for everyone.

It was great. I stayed for 3 weeks because of work and everyone greeted me nicely.

Conveniently located, clean room and quiet area.

Not even close to whats advertised. Might as well be a trap motel

Good service for price

It's everything you look as home

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, convenient and reasonably priced. I would definitely consider another stay.
4.3
Great stay for the price and location. The place is clean. My only complaint is that When the air conditioner kicked on, it always made a super loud sound. Here you have to take your own trash out and bring your dirty towels down to get clean ones. I would stay again!
4.3
Clean and safe area.
4.3
It is a clean and safe place to stay regardless of what you're in town to do.

Me and my partner went to stay for an extended amount of time at this hotel. Everything was as expected and service was great. Wonderful security steps and everything was very clean. However, this is not a hotel that does more than supply you with the very basics. Do not go to this hotel expecting the average. You need to supply your own items, they just supply you with a room to stay in and hygienic products.
