The primary bedroom suite includes a full bath, walk-in closet & a fully-covered private deck overlooking the river.
Two bedrooms on the bottom floor consist of one room with 2 twin beds and one with a queen bed. All bedrooms rooms are beautifully decorated, have luxurious bedding and a wall of windows providing an even closer view of the peaceful river.
The top floor includes a spacious kitchen with ample countertop space, a well-stocked walk-in pantry and a granite food prep island with counter-top-height seating. The dining table seats 6 and the game and puzzle area offers an additional gathering spot. The media area includes a smart TV, surround sound and comfy seating that easily accommodates 6; several spots having a reclining feature. A cute powder room completes the top floor.
Two big bonuses of this home are the 2 very private decks overlooking the Roaring Fork River. Situated among the treetops is a spacious upper deck with lounge seating, mood lighting, an electric-operated awning and a gas BBQ grill. Relaxing on the lower, fully covered deck brings one even closer to nature and offers glider seating. a bar-top table & swivel chairs.
The home includes an oversized, heated, 2-car garage.
