Da simpatia da anfitriã. Das comodidades e equipamentos disponiveis, além da expectativa.
Vizinho fumante. Banheiro compartilhado, apesar de ciente quando reservado. Pouco isolamento com o quarto vizinho.

Perfect location. Plenty of restaurants around, train station to Manhattan, queens, quiet street. Everything needed was nearby. Merine was so friendly, she greets you with a smile. Her home is well equipped with everything you need and then some. She is responsive, makes sure you’re taken care of. The living room and kitchen space was clean, spacious and has all amenities. The bedroom had storage space and a nice bed. I needed to touch up my nails and she came up with nail polish choices for me. The fridge was stocked with sauces and water and even juice. If you’re a cooking avid, she has everything you need to chef up. Coffee, teas were also there.

Merine was great and wonderful and kept a very clean place and beautiful furnishing. Gentleman on floor with me was very quiet and clean with the shared bathroom.
The people upstairs were loud with heavy walking, slamming doors, throw things down, talking loud.

It was home feeling and quiet.
The Bathroom is not included in the studio you have to go out to the corridor where you meet other people and share the shower.

The host was absolutely amazing, and the location was amazing. A nice and beautiful walk to the metro and then you would blink your eyes and you were in the city! Nice quiet place to come home to after a busy day in the city, but still a lot of fun! We could not have chosen a better spot for our very busy 4-day stay in NYC! I would 1000% come back and rebook here with Miriam!
I honestly did not dislike anything about my stay at the Heiress Hub, but I was surprised by the fact that the bedroom, living room/kitchen, and bathroom are all in separate rooms connected by a hallway that everyone in the building has access to, not just my friend and I. Not an issue for me and I don't think it should be an issue for anyone, just not something I was expecting.

This place is better than advertised. A complete pleasure.

The owner was very friendly and ready to help. The siting room had a kitchen, dining table and a couch with TV. It was very clean and new.
The bedroom was separate and, while the ed was comfortable, it was very small. The bathroom was shared and was very small without any place to place or hang clothes, towel, etc.

The personnel was amazing!! Marinne is the best part, she’s super super kind and responsive, she attended all of our request, questions and was super helpful and kind, welcoming and nice. She helped us with many things and even with a personal situation, so the attention I can say it’s great, the best you can find in the city.
The place has a good location, it’s like 10 minutes walking from two or three different subway stations, the bathroom was super clean and has all the amenities, also many towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. The bed was comfortable too. Nice mirrors and dressers.
The table was decorated super cute with Christmas decorations, the living room was nice and the kitchen clean and with many things. You have a fridge, stove, microwave, and all kitchen utensils which is amazing if you want to cook there.
Its a very good spot if you want to work there or doing breakfast before going to sightseeing the city.
You must know the bathroom is shared. We didn’t love that part because my friend had to wait for almost an hour to use it one morning. It was super clean all the time tho, the place has a different setting as a regular apartment, I mean, the bathroom, living room and room are in the same floor but separate, you need a key to enter to each room.
