There is also a small utility room with a modern washing machine and a separate drier and supply of detergents for guest's use.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Galway and the location, view and size cannot be beat - it was amazing, you were above the trees and every single room had a great view.
The deck is huge but it's very weather dependent if you can use it - but the view inside is almost as great. Lots of space although I think it's time to get new mattresses - they were not as comfortable as you'd expect.
Check in is complicated with a lot of steps and I had to reach out multiple times to the property manager to get the instructions - I didn't get them until the day we checked in. If you follow them carefully it works well.
There were a number of things that were not working when we arrived but the property manager (who is right down the street) was very responsive and nice. We never were able to use the dryer and I think there are bigger maintenance issues that will need to be addressed soon at the apartment.
I think there should be some updates to make this truly a luxury rental but I would rent it again, knowing next time there are issues. The view, location and size are that good.

We wanted to be near the Latin Quarter and West Galway without being in the middle of all the night life. This apartment was perfectly located, just minutes from both.
Likes: The location and view. Cleanliness. Responsiveness of management when needed. Comfortable beds. 2 full baths. Washer and dryer. Easy walking distance to the train station and coach/bus station.
Considerations: The check-in to get the key, just be sure to read everything. Once you've read the instructions, check-in is rather easy. Closing and locking of the glass doors. These often got stuck making it difficult to lock the doors. If you are from the USA, be sure to pull the doors tight, then pull up on the handle and you will hear the door engage, and then you should be able to lock the door. We had to get management up twice as the doors were sticking.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WOULD RENT AGAIN.

If you're looking for a terrific location and spectacular views of the city centre, this is it! Very well done interior and furnishings, nice touches like the owner having fresh coffee beans in the espresso machine. Knock out views from the outside deck, and even on those soft weather days plenty of windows to brighten the day. Off street underground parking included is a real plus, Will definitely be back!

We thought the penthouse was a great location and was just as advertised. It was very easy to get around the city and the market and pastry shop right down the walkway were a real bonus. My only suggestion would be to supply laundry detergent and perhaps more cushions for the outside seating, there were only two.
Overall a wonderful location and stay, we would definitely stay here again!!

My spouse and I, and adult son spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. Beds were comfy and the manual provided in the kitchen explained the apartment’s features well. Nearby dining (Kai, Oscars Seafood) was excellent. One can hear the late night reveling in nearby pub, Taylor’s, but earplugs solved that and would not prevent us from returning.

Our family of 6 people - 3 adult couples - stayed at this marvelous penthouse apartment for six nights in late October 2022. The space is beautifully appointed and was the perfect accommodation for a family reunion. The location couldn't be better, just minutes from the best pubs and restaurants in Galway. The space is beautifully appointed, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the views are terrific. The beds (2 full-sized and 2 twins in one room) are comfortable, though they be a little small for anyone used to king or queen-sized beds. We would happily stay here again next visit!

We met our son and daughter-in-law for the last few days of our European anniversary trip. The apartment was spacious and very well stocked. Only drawback was the weather wasn’t conducive to spending time on the patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was excellent. Very secure gated property. Communication with owner/management was prompt. Outdoor view of Galway was beautiful. Easy home base for bus and train departures for touring.

Finding our way to the keys was a fun scavenger hunt! We were a little nervous but victorious in the end!! The showers were good however there were no fans in the bathrooms. Felt a little stifling but there were door stoppers to allow the doors to be propped open. There was an abundance of towels which was appreciated.
The chairs in the living room were lovely and we enjoyed looking out the huge windows people watching and enjoying the skies.
It was spider time of the years and lots of webs on the balconies. Had an immediate response that the house keeping staff would attend to them after we left.
It was well located to many things. We walked most places and our favorite pub was Monroe’s about 5 minutes away. Very close to the main part of town and walked to shopping, pubs & restaurants.
The bed in the on suite room was hard on the left side (as you lay in it). I do have a tender back so might be fine for others.
We were spoiled by our previous VRBO in Cork with a carton of eggs, loaf of bread and fresh fruit. This would be a very nice addition. The grocery is not far so we managed quite well.
We were very relaxed here and enjoyed
our stay very much. Will definitely look for a repeat visit if we are lucky enough to visit Ireland again.

You know how online rentals always SEEM great, but you’re never sure if they’ll ACTUALLY be great? This place delivers! Spotless, well-equipped, all the great reviews are accurate. A couple of minor household issues (such as a slow-draining bathtub) were resolved within a matter of hours after a quick email. Plenty of space for our family of grandparents, two adults, and two teens. We lucked out with the weather and enjoyed sunny mornings and moonlit evenings on the terrace. One night I was on the terrace enjoying the sight of the full moon reflected in the river, and I could just hear a nearby band singing “Pink Moon,” one of my favorite songs. A magical memory I will always cherish. Galway is a lively city but this neighborhood is calm and relaxed while being just a few minutes’ walk to the many outstanding restaurants, pubs, and shops. We hated to leave, and we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It’s perfectly situated near the center of town with a lively walk along the canal to everything. The apartment is very-well equipped with everything we needed. It was extremely clean and easy to check in and out. Communication with the management was always quick and easy. The penthouse was perfect! Fabulous views of the canal and city. It was close to Galway City and very easy to get to restaurants and bus tours. We didn't need a car. It was spacious for all 5 of us, plenty of towels and sufficiently stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property!

I stayed there for 4 days during the week in April. Three of us in total. The apartment easily could house more comfortably. It was clean as can be, the view was awesome from the rooftop patio area. Spacious inside and felt at home during our down time. It really is high end. Monika was great, met us there, showed up around, offered us advice on things to see, places to eat. She followed up to make sure things were okay, but not in an invasive way. The location was outstanding, it was easy to walk to the main area for shopping, restaurants, and night life and felt safe the entire time. Parking the car was easy and access in and out was simple. Plus we got to see swans taking care of there eggs in there nest right by the complex. I would recommend this high end unit to anyone inquiring.

The city penthouse apartment was a class act. The apartment is well furnished and well decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! It was very clean and comfortable. The terrace was very nice too. We wish the weather was a little nicer so we could have enjoyed that more, the view of the city and sky at night was super. Monika and John were very easy to work with, quickly responded to inquiries or questions before during and even after our stay. My daughter left some items in the apartment and there was absolutely no issue retrieving them. We had a rental car and were able to park it in the carpark with ease. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Galway. The location is awesome. It is close to Eyre Square, the bus station, NUIG, restaurants, pubsm bakeries and grocery/convenience stores. We didn't walk more then 10 minutes to get to any of these places. There were 6 of us staying at the apartment. Everyone has the same opinion. It was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough.
