Be House, Be Good.

El entorno, el bosque las piscinas. Curioso la pequeña cabana/bar que oficia por momentos de desayunador. La otra version del desayuno es en la habitacion. En verano debe ser soñado. Por la zona, muchos primeros restoranes.

No se puede objetar nada en este caso.

Fue un excelente estadía, todo estuvo muy bien. Las instalaciones, la atención del personal. Recomendable

El único detalle, fue no haber podido tener una habitación con vista al Jardín. Pero de todos modos, la iluminación de la habitación es excelente.

Disappointing stay

The room is very spacious. The pool is nice. Breakfast at the little restaurant at the front is good. Parking underneath the hotel is perfect.

One of the beds was very uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a slope. The noise outside was horrible, party at 1/3 am in the morning with loud music and singing. Shower floor is not on a slope so water kept staying on the floor. The hotel is way to expensive for what you get.

Construido em conjunto com um predio de apartamentos. Festa na janela vizinha a nossa com muito barulho ate 2:30 hs. Funcionarios do hotel disseram nao poder fazer nada pois o bloco de apartamentos e independente do hotel. Ao contrario do anunciado nao havia qualquer servico de apoio na praia. Apesar de novo o quarto precisa de manutencoes. O suporte do chuveiro e a pia estavam quebrados

Arredores incríveis, mas local deixa a desejar.

Ótima localização, arredores arborizados e incríveis para caminhar. Staff muito solícita.

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, muito limitado e você não sabe o que é oferecido se não perguntar. As fotos transparecem uma grandiosidade que o local não oferta totalmente.

Very poor facilities, breakfast and comfort

Many days there was no water to have a shower and they said the hotel was too full. No hangers for the towels, no hair drier, very poor conditions

Local officials breakfast was really bad. Too hot, food was not fresh because it was in the sun. No water to shower and we went there for a wedding, lots of events in different days either no water to shower ???

Not coming back.

I recently stayed at Be House Suites for my best friend's wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being allocated what was supposedly one of the best rooms in the hotel, I encountered a slew of issues that marred my stay. First and foremost, the pervasive smell of sewage in the bathroom was utterly repugnant. This wasn't just a problem confined to my room; friends staying on the same floor also voiced their grievances about the unpleasant odor permeating their accommodations. There was a noticeable leak in the bathroom of my room, with water incessantly dripping into the bathtub. Understandably, this rendered the tub unusable, detracting from the overall comfort and convenience of the space. On the first day of our stay, our room was inexplicably overlooked, and it remained unclean until I had to complain to front desk. However, the pinnacle of disappointment was reached when, on the morning of our departure following the wedding festivities, the hotel decided to conduct water maintenance without any prior warning. Imagine our shock upon returning from the celebration to find a note hastily taped to our door, informing us that water to all rooms would be shut off. This meant we were unable to shower, flush toilets, or even perform basic hygiene tasks like brushing our teeth before our flight home. To add insult to injury, the hotel failed to provide any alternative solutions or even basic amenities such as extra water bottles. Despite voicing our concerns to the front desk, the response was wholly inadequate. Their (feeble) attempt at appeasement was to offer not charging for items from the mini-bar. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed she was unavailable and promised a callback that never materialized. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.

Excelente descanso!

Excelente hotel! Quarto maravilhoso, muito amplo e limpo. O café da manhã era bem completo com um café preto excepcional! Destaque para o atendimento da Rosina, atenciosa e gentil! Está bem localizado para quem está com carro. Para quem está sem veículo próprio será necessário pedir uber até os pontos turísticos, embora não estejam muito distantes.

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Apenas senti falta do funcionamento da cozinha no jantar, sendo necessário pedir comida por aplicativo.

The staff were all very kind. If you get a chance, book a hot stone massage at the spa; it was a great experience.

There is ample room for improvement, as the breakfast options are limited and take a long time to be served. Additionally, guests would appreciate a snack bar or drink service at the pool.

Es un quiero y no puedo

La habitación está muy bien decorada, lugar tranquilo.

Tuvimos que pedir que nos repusieran el papel higiénico y los artículos de baño. La piscina no tiene mantenimiento, así que estaba muy sucia y no la disfrutamos. Teniendo en cuenta que era una de las características que hizo que eligiéramos el hotel, nos sentimos decepcionados. El desayuno justo, el zumo es industrial, y poca variedad. No vale el precio que se paga por alojarse.

No nos hicieron sentir en varios aspectos cuidados

Es muy bonito, bien ubicado.

Sobre todo el trato: 1- Cobraron el IVA cuando íbamos a presentar un documento extranjero que lo exonera. Nos dijeron que ya no se podía cancelar poruqe no sabían cómo 2- La piscina estuvo en mantenimiento toda la tarde del primer día y parte de la mañana del segundo día. Un hotel de esta categoría no debería dejar sin el sector piscina a sus huéspedes, en especial hablando de una época de mediados de enero. En el peor de los casos, avisar previamente y ofrecer un descuento 3- El cable no funcionaba (sin señal). Luego de reclamar e intentar solucionarlo en nuestra habitación, recién pudieron reactivarlo en la tarde del día siguiente

O hotel está decadente. Efetuamos três trocas de quartos em razão das condições dos mesmos. O café da manhã é servido em ambiente inadequado, quase na rua, com serviço não profissional. Sinal de internet péssimo, a avaliação do nível do hotel pelo booking não condiz com a atual situação do hotel.

Nice infrastructure, but no service at all

Location is great! Room is large and comfortable; towels, sheets and amenities very good. The spa looks nice, but I didn't use it.

No restaurant or bar at the hotel; impossible to order food while relaxing at the pool No phone to communicate with reception; everything via WhatsApp No offer to make reservations at very nice restaurantes, close by Towels at the pool were dirty We had to change room because the first one had curtains broken; in the new room, the towel hanger fell off the wall and almost hit me on the foot

La estética del lugar es inigualable, transmite paz y relax. Las instalaciones perfectas cualquiera de ellas, el desayuno espectacular, abundante y delicioso, nada que agregar, volveremos!

Un punto en contra es que el estacionamiento privado del hotel permanece cerrado de 23 a 6 hs, eso implica que si salís por la noche y volvés luego de las 23 hs, hay que dejar el auto en el estacionamiento de afuera que al estar al lado de la calle y sin cerramiento no brina mucha seguridad.

Le personnel est sympathique, le cadre a un design original (par ex. table et chaise en pierre dans la piscine extérieure). Belle salle de sport et bassin d'eau chaude (pas de spa, pas de sauna seulement un hammam non testé).

Le restaurant ne fonctionnait pas, tout petit espace insuffisant même pour le petit déjeuner (seulement 3 tables de 2 personnes) donc obligation de réserver son temps de passage, et il n'y avait quasiment rien sur le comptoir en guise de buffet. Certaines choses sont très mal conçues comme l'espace douche pour le bassin d'eau chaude de l'autre côté de l'espace relaxation qu'on ne peut atteindre qu'en traversant le bassin. Situation un peu excentrée, faut prendre la voiture pour aller au centre ville ou à la plage. Piscine extérieure pleine de feuilles.

El edificio y la decoración. El tamaño y confort de la habitación. El entorno enjardinado y la piscina exterior. La ubicación. El estacionamiento subterráneo. En general un hotel cómodo y confortable, con una correcta ubicación. El desayuno un poco pobre. Podrían quizás mejorar la presentación y organización del buffet.

Quizas el área de spa que podría tener un sauna seco, además del húmedo, y servicios higiénicos en esa zona y/o alguna epqueña área de vestuario, o perchas, porque también atiende la zona de la pisicna interior. En la habitación, también faltarían percheros para la toallas o toalleros. Algunos enchufes de eléctrica estaban sueltos o no funcionaban.

Superb

I loved the hardwood floors and the bed was so comfortable. Very beautiful set out. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful too.

There should be a rule to be quiet in the indoor pool as it echo's and there was a group there being loud and I could not enjoy relaxing with my husband. I don't like how the toilet is enclosed with glass and you can see each other on the toilet

easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. staff is extremely friendly and helpful. rooms are beautiful. i loved the indoor pool and steam room and overall it’s a really serene environment. also really appreciated that they had a gym and the fact that going to everywhere in town took max 10-15 mins drive. it was perfect for a weekend getaway and for relaxing. would definitely come back.
