This is my 2nd visit and probably not the last one. If you're looking for a relaxing quiet place in a stunning tropical paradise, this is the perfect place. The staff is extremely competent and friendly. The food is excellent, the facilities are great. The all place has a vibe difficult to describe, it's like a voice telling you to stay and come back. It's always sad to leave, but I know I'll come back.

Food choice

I like that it is located close to the airport and it is walking distance to store bay.love the pool also.what I didn't like is that I was told that white oak rum would be available in the all inclusive package but when I went to the bar they said it was not included. However my family and I enjoyed the food and felt safe and comfortable at this location.
3.7
We liked the easiness of the property, our balcony and the ocean view. The pool was nice and the food was very tasty! The music was a little loud at times, it would be nice to have time just to hear the ocean and the birds. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

The customer service was amazing.
3.7
i would of prefer if the rooms had water and a garbage bin to put garbage. the mini fridge was empty.
3.7
The superior room is a bit outdated. There was no mini refrigerator in the room as advertised. Breakfast and dinner were good but the lunch was tasteless and needs work on the menu. Generally the staff are pleasant and accommodating. The hotel grounds are well kept and the view is beautiful and relaxing.
3.7
My stay was great. My only problem was that there was no access to wifi in the rooms. This should be addressed as it takes away from the experience.
3.7
No wifi access in room. Had to connect to wifi in the corridor.
3.7
There are several locations for relaxation. The breakfast was good. Halal meats. Pork options separate. Served foods so no guest mixing up utensils. Rooms and pools very good. Hot tub. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Outlet was slack 😆. Beach in front not good but store bay very close.
Price not bad so will definitely recommend.

The pictures online does NOT do this property justice. It’s gorgeous!
3.7
The food was surprisingly good and the property was well maintained and comfortable. Staff at the bar was friendly and the room was spacious. The only con I have was the wifi was inconsistent and would often buffer. But overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Bar servers Kenis and Sheniqua (excuse error in name spelling) was exceptional, friendly, accommodating and made my self and my Fiance feel extremely welcomed. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The food 10/10, highly recommended, would be re-visiting for our anniversary.

Great chef style cooking.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tropikiss. The staff was so pleasant made my stay even better. I’ll definitely visit this resort again..

Ambiance

It is with great sadness that I am leaving the hotel today. I stayed for only 3 nights this time due to work constraints.
The ‘Royal’ treatment continued, despite the hotel being fully booked out, at no time did I not feel it, and the individual attention that came with it.
Again, any issues that arose were addressed in a timely manner. And I must express to the guests who complain, that rather than muttering amongst yourselves, or worse, to other guests, that any issue you may be having that you contact the staff, and in a very tactful, respectfully and calm manner address these issues with the managers/staff: they are addressed. Nothing is perfect, and no 2 guest’s taste(s) are identical, but the hotel goes a long way to address any issues, and ensure your stay is memorable (in a good way).
Kudos to the crew at the bar, especially Shaniqua, who made my last day extra special😊
When I left in October 2023, as a party of 2, I returned this time with a party of 6, which included an American, a Senior Citizen, and 2 UK expats (who are still there btw spending a week) to celebrate 2 birthdays: both ladies thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In fact one is returning with her school alums for their reunion, and the expats are already checking for their next vacation availability.
I was very sad to leave my home away from home☹…

I had a amazing stay and the most friendly staff on the planet. A special thanks to Nicole Seecharan.
This property is much nicer than it shows on your website lots of nature all you.
thanks to the staff for making my stay a wonderful.

Unfortunately my experience was not a great one, especially when i had to deal with brown water gor almost 24 hrs...

First time stay at Tropikist and I was very impressed. Great location. Easy walk to Store Bay beach, TBN airport and nightlife. The property is well maintained and the staff was always around ensuring guests needs were met. Hotel is ALWAYS booked and I can see why. I will gladly stay at the Tropikist anytime I’m in Tobago.

Great stay

Friendly staff. Food was good. Place clean

The only thing good about this place is the customer service. Not excellent but good. The facility is old. The slide door of the room we stayed at wasn’t locking. Seem like they had knew that since from the marks they tried to fix it. I was worried a bit about security since our room was on the ground floor. There was no complimentary water in the room and I didn’t even realize that until late in the evening. I had to walk to the front of the property where the check-in area was only to find no one in the office. I helped myself with the water from the dispenser using the available styrofoam cup. (Can’t believe that that they still use these type of cups) thank God it was a short stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made sure me and my girlfriend had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away and be taken care of.
3.7
My stay at Tropikist was extremely good ... from the staff at chekin to the amazing ocean views and the pool ... the room was comfortable and well kept ... the overall experience was definitely a 10 and Natasha was very helpful and soooo friendly. I would definitely recommend and i will be back again

The pool was pretty but the water was dirty due to flowers and the birds feathers. Wifi is poor and the rooms need a serious upgrade. The lamp on the nightstand was dusty causing my allergies to flare up and the lamp also had dead bugs. The buffet had limited options for breakfast and dinner. Electricity even went for an hour causing toilet inconveniences.
3.7
Food was salty.
3.7
Clean, quiet facilities. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Need to invest in developing the beach area though. Maybe a rock wall to form a bay area similar to Coco Reef so beach can be safe and usable for guests.
3.7
The food was very average, the bar was poor and expensive, the cocktails were pre mixes applied to local spirits. Good location for the airport and Pigeon point, though we chose to travel to Grafton and Buccoo areas every night for food (which was excellent)
The rooms and facilities were very clean but a bit tired.
3.7
The property was clean and nice. However, the internet was horrible in the rooms.
3.7
A lovely little oasis with excellent staff and a good range of facilities.
Landscaping around the pool makes for a lovely ambience, even has it's own private beach.
We were only on a bed and breakfast rate so can only comment about the breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of fresh dishes (a mix of local specialities and 'international' options).
We had a Deluxe room which was lovely and spacious, with a huge comfortable bed, a fridge and kettle, and a balcony with a fantastic view!
Before travelling our only concern was the proximity to the airport - a 10 minute walk, and you could see the end of the runway from our bedroom door - however this proved to not be an issue as you hardly noticed the aircraft (mainly small inter island turbo prop) and so I would say don't be concerned!
In addition to being a 10 minute walk to the airport - don't bother with a taxi there is a sidewalk - it is also a 10 minute walk to Store Bay Beach a lovely place with lots of facilities (shops, food vendors, bars and changing facilities). The main street in Crown Point itself is another 5-10 minutes walk. We felt perfectly safe walking to / from, and around, Crown Point at night.
The only (very minor) issue we had was poor in room WiFi reception - though excellent elsewhere across the property.
All in all we had a fantastic stay and would recommend Tropikist Beach Resort (if we return to Tobago we wouldn't hesitate in staying there again).

Great stay. Value for money. Would definitely return.

There were some hiccups upon check up but these were soon resolved by especially Malika and the rest of the team. The staff made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it is within their power to do. The food was delicious and worth the price.
The pool is enjoyable and the ocean views and nice, however the beach there is not best for swimming.
3.7
Place astetics look beautiful on the internet , internet sucks , do not rely on the internet services if you have work related task .Towel service is limited . overall the property is ok, not what i was accustome to. Not much activity being a caribbean Island.
3.7
I liked the location. Very old, but clean. Only get 1 key for room, no do not disturb signs for door, they entered our room several times daily. Food was average, but was avaiable . Didnt like that meals were only avaiable during certain hours. The food staff were so unfriendly, but once i met the chef he was very accommodating to special dietary needs.Bar was nice but for 3 days had no beer on tap. No one at front desk to check out, so had to just leave keys. . Nice, but very old and average. Ocean view from Our room was breath taking.
3.7
Great location with excellent dining options.

My family enjoyed our mini vacation at Tropikist.
3.7
Nice hotel. Staff were great and friendly. Especially Malaika. The bar is slightly dated.

Our shower had an issue, but staff quickly put us up into a new room. Overall it was a great stay and the room was clean. Amenities were beautiful.
3.7
Great location, very nice pool and walking distance to the beach
