Our property is located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on Anastasia Island. We offer short or long term stays.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. On the upper level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms, and two full en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom has one queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level , there is a full kitchen, a roomy living room with a large sectional sleeper sofa, an attached dining area, a powder room, as well as a laundry closet and screened in lanai. The screened in lanai offers an additional dining space with rocking chairs and string lights for you to enjoy at night.

We have a variety of amenities at your disposal such as a heated pool, drive on or walk on beach access, beach supplies that are free for your to use, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, cocktail bar area, board games and reading materials, as well as extra linens, pillows, and blankets.

We are family friendly and pet friendly. We encourage you to bring your children or pets along with you. We offer items such as a pack n' play, baby gate, dog bowls, treats and more for your convenience. These items are free of charge and available per request.

We stayed for five days, the owners/management We’re very, very helpful and accommodating. Due to not knowing how much management is relaying to the owners, the issues at hand I am going to give my suggestions based on what we experienced on our trip. 1- Steps from the beach - I feel it’s a little misleading to put steps from the beach as most people would interpret that as literally walking out their back door and taking a 3 to 5 minute stroll. It is NOT steps from the beach, so if you have small children or disabilities please make note .It is a good 5 to 10 minute walk minimum. 2- Neighborhood-The neighborhood is EXTREMELY unsightly. It is very ran down with shingles laying on the ground overgrown grass and a pool that looks half demolished that is coming down right near the residence and is completely full of green water . The community lights do not work so extremely dark and not well lit with a side gate that does not lock which feels unsafe.This is obviously not something the owners can control, but it’s important to give people a heads up on the surrounding area and the construction going on. 3- Home - While the home does look as pictured. There are many items that are broken, below bear minimum appliances to cook with and zero pantry space . I will say the owner/ management Was made aware of the issues we encountered and they stated they had no clue. Some of the issues were blinds that were missing or taped on, Broken arm bar.

The Host was amazing and very thoughtful. They left treat for the pups, available transportable beach furniture, coffee treats, small alcohol bottles for drink pleasure if desired. Everything from baggies to extra bedding. Superb service. The only major downfall was the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Time to be replaced. My husband was miserable because there was not a comfortable place to sit. Otherwise everything else was wonder.

Perfect for visiting downtown without being in the center of it. We were walking distance to the beach which was beautiful. The condo had ample space and amenities. You just need a bag of clothes and they offered everything else.

We really enjoyed the house. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean! Nice patio setting - we spent a lot of time there! Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. We would stay in there again!

Accommodation was just what we needed with all amenities catered for. Tea, coffee etc was an added bonus that was not expected. St Augustine has a lot to offer and three days is no where near enough time. I strongly recommend the alligator farm. A bit pricey but worth it.

Nick’s house was very clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Nick was very quick to respond when needed. The house was very comfortable for the two of us and would comfortably fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. We enjoyed the patio very much. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was very cozy and a wonderful place for our honeymoon. The champagne they provided was even an extra bonus that we appreciated as well. It very close to the beach. So we really were happy about that? We had a little confusion on getting in the gate, but it was completely our error. We were able to reach the hostess quickly and get it figure out.

This rental was better stocked with useful household items than any rental I’ve stayed in before. Well organized, great use of the space, and really thoughtful touches throughout. The location is awesome—quick and easy walk to the beach—even walked to the grocery store and a few places to eat. Very comfortable beds, towels and linens in great shape, and nice to have a large capacity washer. Easy drive to downtown St. Aug, so you still have access to everything down there, but can stay out of the bustle a bit. It was a great fit for my husband and I (and our dog) for a few weeks this winter!

The location is close to shops, dining and downtown. Not sure if there is a cleaning company, but there were a few items that may need to be addressed if you pay someone to clean. The floors were not swept/mopped/vacuumed real well. I don’t mind buying amenities such as paper towels and toilet paper, but maybe a list of what will be needed could be posted. And we could not get the TV downstairs to work with the remotes given. Once we got it turned on the cable remote worked, but it would only change the channels, not volume or power. Again, maybe it needed batteries, but I didn’t feel the need to have to provide those. As a Premier Host property, it could have been a little cleaner, with a little more attention to detail compared to many others I’ve stayed in down there, as we go to St. Augustine several times a year. Overall a nice property, but I will probably not stay there again.

I grew up vacationing on Anastasia Island. The location of this condo, while not in direct view of the beach, was about a 7 minute direct walk from front door to beach sand between two ocean-fronting condominium complexes. This was my number one priority was location to the beach. The condo was as described, well-stocked, well-kept and bonus was TV remote systems I could actually figure out! The beds were very comfortable, nice collection of non-stick cookware, and close proximity to everything St. Augustine has to offer.

Took my best friend and her boyfriend here to celebrate her graduation. Listing was very accurate. The place was clean and in a great area with easy access to the beach and this section of the beach was not super crowded. Definitely would stay again.

Couldn't say enough about how much we enjoy staying at Nicholas and Megan's property at the St Augustine Beach and Tennis Club. The booking and check-in process was very easy, and Nicholas was very accommodating to some last minute changes with our plans. The unit was clean and matched the description in the VRBO posting. We had 2 family's of 4 (8 total), and the size of the unit was just big enough. Loved the 2 bedrooms, both with full baths upstairs, and the 3rd 1/2 bath downstairs. Even though the unit is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine, it was still comfortable enough to hang out it in and relax. The next time we visit St Augustine, we will book with them again. We highly recommend them.

Property was clean and exceeded my expectations. The walk to the beach is super short. I was a bit nervous because my daughter had knee surgery 6 weeks prior to our trip, but the path to the beach was flat and completely doable. We are already planning our next trip to go back.

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this property, it was updated,clean and cozy , we were in town visiting family and spending some much needed time on the beach which is just a short walk , beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that were in the shed was a pleasant surprise and came in handy the owner Nick answered any questions we had within minutes , we are looking forward to booking our next stay here.

This property was perfect for our small group of four. It's clean, comfortable, well stocked and close to everything. The beach is a short walk, and the charm of old St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive away. This property has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a smaller adjacent bedroom with a full-size bed and two bunkbeds. Both bedrooms have bathrooms-the master has a walk-in shower while the other bedroom has a regular size tub and shower combo. Both bedrooms require a climb upstairs to get to. The living room has a large comfortable sectional that makes a nice bed, and there is a half bathroom downstairs as well. There is a screened in porch area that is small but very cozy and set up well with chairs and a small table. There is also beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and wagon available to take to the beach. We didn't use the pool, but our neighbor said it was very nice and heated for the cooler days. The property manager Nicholas was very quick to respond to any questions we had and there was a notebook in the unit with details about the property and the area that was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone!
