Property was large with plenty of beds for everyone. The beds were clean and it did have a well stocked kitchen and a ping pong table. In a secluded area with space to roam. It did have many areas that needed repairs.

Great location, views -- long days, easy nights. Hiking, family competition (epic poker night, ping pong tournaments and broken hearts/egos abound), cook outs, hot tub and hikes -- all excellent. The property failed when it came to comms with management team, keeping the property ready for the other activities that are needed for these type of events. To be specific internet capability (3miles from - and above - a significant population area -- it's 2024, you should fix that) -- especially if you don't have cable yourself as a property. Fire pit was a fire hazard itself (monthly maintenance in spring/summer fixes that -- do it right). Some small stuff that need to be addressed outside those big, have a great time elements -- which is why we rent these places. You have a 10 potential, but your rocking at a seven delivery with our visit to be fair.
Like my father always told me, small things matter.... don't forget about them.

Private secluded getaway

This place has amazing views and is so secluded, yet minutes from town. If you want to get lost in the middle of nowhere and do a mental reset this is your place. Hiking trails, wild life and quiet. Load up your 4x4 sand get this place booked!!! So cool will be back!!!

Very nice.

We loved the property and look forward to future vacations here.

First, the directions to the house are lame. The road it is on-keep going-you will finally see a sign that says “no more town maintenance”. Go a little further down the road & you will see on right side a green Mailbox with “Stone Wall Mountain”, a big metal green gate & a Code Entry Pad. DO NOT GO AT NIGHT. If you have a bad back, good luck. Driveway is brutal. Almost a mile of dirt, holes & rocks. I have 4X4. Very clean. They know about repairs to house items. Beautiful views, sunsets, nice fireplace-bring own wood.

The location of this place is absolutely beautiful. You’re secluded on private property with plenty of acres. Everything about the check-in process and instructions to get to the location were spot on. The hot tub was clean and warmed up nicely. The pictures show a pool table, but the description didn’t have one, so there isn’t a pool table they just need to update pictures. The beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets.
The only issue we encountered was when we arrived the thermostat said 57°. We turned the heat on but for the next couple of hours, it did not get warm. I placed a support ticket in about the heat and then we used the fireplace to burn firewood. The next morning we got a call and the onsite caretaker came over to take a look. The propane was out, so they brought us over some space heaters and logs. We ended up spending about $150 in firewood to keep the fireplace going, but were reimbursed $100 for the heating amenity. Hopefully they will get propane out there, overall not a bad stay, and thankful we at least had the fireplace.

We love the game room, fire pit, jacuzzi and poker table.

We loved the property, the drive at wasn’t as rough as we were mentally prepared for as long as you take it slow. The hot tub was a nice addition, kitchen and ample seating came in handy for a meal with the whole family. The fireplace and fire pit both kept us warm - the heater didn’t seem to catch up but we came with warm clothes and were very comfortable 🌞 we would book again in a heartbeat

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful and magical! We would love to visit again.

I liked the size of the house. There were lots of beds and linens and the house was stocked with everything we needed. However, the location of this home is not convenient to anything and it is very difficult to find and to travel back and forth to since it is on a rough gravel road that will tear up most cars unless you have a 4 wheel drive or big truck.

We had a great time at the property. It was a fantastic location for us to base out of and was so much nicer that staying in town with all the traffic. Really peaceful and clean. Great facilities and a few deer around in the mornings.

Amazing views and great for a large family vaction. Beautiful and serene. Stained linens should be replaced but overall an amazing place to have a family vacation. Hiking path onsite that hosts fresh blueberry and blackberry shrubs. Truly amazing.

Pros:
- House had plenty of room for all of us (7 adults & 4 kids)
- More than enough linens
- Very secluded with beautiful views
- Fire pit was a fun experience
- We never ran out of hot water
- Great water pressure (except in kitchen)
- Hot tub is Excellent
- Vacasa was easy to communicate with when we had questions and the grounds keepers living not far from the big house were super friendly and hospitable when we just happened to run into them at the gate
- Beds were comfortable
- AC works great and every room has ceiling fans
- Road wasn’t as bad as I expected (definitely wouldn’t recommend coming in a sedan but SUVs, trucks & some minivans can get down the gravel road just fine- Chrysler Pacifica made it but wouldn’t recommend a Honda Odyssey since they sit lower)
- Plenty of fun activities in the house to do when it was raining (billiards, ping pong, puzzles galore, monopoly, phase 10, multiple decks of cards, and poker tokens provided)
Cons:
-The house needs some updates: new rugs (current ones are very dirty/stained), kitchen needs under cabinet lighting- it’s dark, ironing board/iron missing, needs a broom & dustpan, front bathroom needs a window covering, broken tiles in kitchen & bathroom, pest control (rodent droppings found in bathroom drawer & flies everywhere), front door seal is missing
-Trash service or locking bins (we were told to store all of the trash inside even though staying for 6 days, 11 ppl, & cooking most meals in the home)

The owner should make sure the house is properly equipped. There were eight of us and only two wine glasses, six coffee cups, and no blender. The house did have plenty of room for all of us.
4.6
The house is great and roomy for multiple people useage. Love how remote the location is but easy to get to downtown Eureka Springs. The non 4x4 path if car is loaded with people and items can bottom out in some places. Follow directions to a tee otherwise might get lost. Especially the end of pathway when they tell you to stay left. Seems like you are driving into dark woods but the house is there. The water does take forever to get warm. The place has a great sudsy hot tub, ping pong table is fun, most of the beds were fairly comfortable. Some minor issues a couple broken chairs, pool table had some damage, broken window (previously mentioned in another review), front door can be difficult to lock. I would recommend this property especially for the price and ease of reserving.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very relaxing with lots to do without even leaving the property. Thanks

It was great!

This place was beautiful, spacious, private with plenty of comfy beds and an abundance of games, both indoor and outside. Perfect for a family reunion or multiple families to stay. The driveway was tricky, even for seasoned drivers, in an SUV. The labyrinth was actually just stones on the ground in a maze form, but could be fun for little ones. Would have liked to see more history on the place once we were there, as there was no more info except in the initial description. Overall a great stay in a unique setting. Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake were both wonderful as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our family for our son’s wedding. It was spacious and basic needs.

The lodge accommodations were better than we had anticipated ...loved the secluded quiet area....
Located only a few minutes from popular attractions We had 13 in our party....plenty of room....the management was very helpful

This house was the perfect retreat with our young family. Very secluded, with lots of room for our young kiddos to run around and only 10 minutes into Eureka Springs at the same time. The property itself is great, plenty of space and magnificent views.

We had a awesome stay! We came up for the Punisher Law Enforcement Motorcycle Clubs national Christmas party. We had 7 couples and still had plenty of room. The house and property were very nice the only thing I should have done read all the reviews. We came in on Harleys and it was not motorcycle friendly at all. I’m thankful that I’ve had years of dirt bike ridding lol. Other than the driveway the place is great!!!

First time using a VRBO property, and staying in Eureka Springs. Overall, nice place and nice amenities. Make sure you read the property description before booking though. The “significant gravel driveway” is a mile long and VERY twisted and steep. If you arrive after dark, have fun trying to open the gate and navigate that driveway in the dark.
The hot tub was enjoyable and the fireplace makes things cozy. The layout and the decor are a bit crazy, but the view and privacy cannot be argued.

THE VIEW!!! THE HOUSE! Not sure we will be staying anywhere else for our birthdays, we all fell in love with this location and the house! Great place to stay! Everything you need! And peaceful enough we didn't want to leave to go into Eureka! 10/10 recommend!
4.6
We were looking for a place to get away from it all...we succeeded! The views were awesome. The house was spacious and provided everything we needed. If you are looking for a private get away for the family or friends, this is it.

This property is very secluded. It is a ways drive from everything so if you aren’t wanting to be far from town than would not suggest. It is tough and tough drive. Smaller vehicle would have a hard time getting back up to the destination. Once you get there is is a gorgeous setting. Beautiful view!! Clean house. Lots of room. Window broke in back bedroom. A couple Doors were unlocked which kind of worried us when we first got there. Grass was real high needed mowed hard to walk and see sights. Missing some balls for pool game. Other than those minor things. Like said beautiful place just difficult to reach. Luckily we had SUV’s. If you plan on going and not hAving to leave for anything just the right place very secluded with beautiful views!!

We stayed here with a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. There were two Refrigerators so you could do an extended stay without having to go on multiple grocery runs.

Honestly, we had an epic weekend and everyone was extremely satisfied. The house was a great setting for it. Damon and his staff were super accommodating. The one blemish on our experience was a friend’s fuel pump went out in her car. We didn’t find out until we were literally walking out just before the check out time. I called Damon to inform him and he was so generous and kind about it. Thanks, my friend. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Really great views and location. Check-In process was easy. Hot tub didn’t work at all which we were alerted to on the drive there. Disappointing but I wasn’t surprised due to other reviews saying it didn’t work. The house wasn’t stocked all that well, but overall we really had a great time.

My friends and I really enjoyed the property. It was very difficult to find at night. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Plenty of bedrooms.

It was very pretty and peaceful out there.
