Best location in town for walking to shops and restaurants! Beautiful historic hotel.
Loved everything about Basin Park Hotel!
3.5
Breaksfast had a lot to be desired. Location is fantastic and the staff at check in was great.
The staff at the restaurant/bar are definitely not very friendly. They seemed to not be as engaged with customers as much as I would expect them to for the price of staying there.
5.0
Easy to walk the shops from this location. If you needed, and we did use the shuttle to get around. Tram easy to use with stops along the way.

This hotel is right in the heart of old Eureka Springs and an easy walk to dozens of places. It's the most convenient place I've stayed in Eureka.
Parking is a bit of a hassle, but they make the best of it considering everything. The shuttle was very helpful. The remote parking lot seems to be well supervised.
4.5
Nice, close to shopping and plenty of activities to do in walking distance.
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
4.0
We didn't do our research. The hotel parking lot is down the road, and you either have to hike to the hotel or wait for a shuttle. The other thing is the city is built on a cliff more or less, so it is basically a walking city or at least downtown Eureka Springs is. The city is amazing and very interesting. If your fleet of foot there is hundreds of shops to visit just be prepared to walk a lot
The hotel has a restaurant with good food but closes early. Basically, downtown closes up early. There is bars with restaurants in them that stay open later.
The hotel only has breakfast or a continental breakfast on weekends, but it does provide an option for coffee and box with cinnamon roll and breads and fruit.

love the location, the decor. The old hotel experience is great!
Bath and shower was absolutely terrible. Told the lady at the front desk upon check out. she said” they are fixing to remodel the “lower tier “ rooms and fix the problem. Maybe next time you should get a better room”. We have stayed there at least 5 or 6 times. I think this person needs training in how to rest customers.
