Beautiful property! It was a perfect place to temporarily call home while on vacation. Property is clean, spacious, and lovely.

Almost everything about our stay was amazing. If we had been just adults or older kids it would have been perfect. It was even close to perfect for families with young kids and toddlers. I just wish they had blackout shades and since it was a split level there were stairs we had to be very careful with given the toddler.

The house was beautiful, well-stocked and accurately described in the listing. There was a lot of thought put into the personal touches that were included and not mentioned in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised by little extras included in every room, drawer, bathroom. etc.
The only challenges we had was that we kept getting locked out of the house due to issues with the lock codes on the door. Another suggestion for improvement would be to include check out/cleaning instructions in the confirmation or in the informational printouts in the house. We requested them and the property manager sent it to us the day before check out. The cleaning expectations of us were very minimal...start the dish washer and take out the trash...so this makes the cleaning fee we were charged well worth every penny!
In short, we would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat!! Our family had lots of space to gather, to retreat to a quiet space, kitchen was extremely well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We only wish we found this property sooner, as our daughter will be graduating this year and it is unlikely we will travel 5,500 miles back here for vacation. If you are thinking about booking this, don't hesitate....DO IT!! You won't regret it!! Mahalo nui!!

We rented this home over Christmas weekend and could not possibly have been more thrilled with the stay. The home is absolutely perfect for larger groups/family, has breathtaking views of the mountains (all the way to Killington!) and an incredibly well stocked kitchen to ensure a fabulous stay. Located close to Quechee, yet tucked away in a private setting, it honestly could not have been more perfect. Looking forward to returning again for more amazing holiday retreats!

Beautiful view! Hot air balloons greeted us upon arrival! We were in awe!
Very Clean house. Our only problem was check-in instructions were not clear and had to call for further directions. Check-out directions not sent until night before. They were very helpful so I’m sure they will fix this issue.

This was the third and final property we rented for our 9-day Vermont vacation, and while all were lovely, we wish we had spent more time in this beautiful home. The listing and photos are accurate, but do not adequately show how incredibly nice and well-appointed this property really is. Nearly all fixtures and furnishings are brand new or appear to be, and mostly high end as well.
Beyond that, the sunset views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking, and the house is mere minutes away from town and all kinds of dining and shopping options. Highly, highly recommended!

Stunning views and tranquil setting made for a difficult time saying goodbye to this beautiful home in the tree tops. Everything was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable, air conditioned on main level, but fans included in every room otherwise. Our family was very comfortable, and felt relaxed the moment we opened our car doors. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but perhaps on another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, our only complaint is that we had to go home! We will be back!

The interior of the house is newly renovated and beautiful however the property management personnel at Vacasa were absolutely the worst to deal with. Upon arriving at the home, (could have benefitted by better directions to the actual house on the street as address is 215 and house numbers go from 179 to 185 with 215 hidden in between...) it was extremely humid inside and no AC was on when supposedly cleaning crew had just left. We had to unpack in 80 degrees. Once turned on AC in living room discovered it only cooled off just the living room & kitchen when house was advertised as having AC. We tried to open the windows in bedrooms to find NO screens on any of the windows. Bedrooms were stifiling. Called Vacasa & after multiple non-productive calls to the 'script-reading' call center 2 dirty, loud cheap fans wete dropped off....24 hours after the 1st call...it just deteriorated from there. Renter beware...if Vacasa is still managing this property, cannot recommend staying here. I'm sure there are much better options with a more attentive, responsive management company.

Overall fantastic stay. Spacious house. Very clean and modern. Great location - quiet but also a short drive to town. Kids loved playing with the toys in the kids room. Only drawbacks are not a lot of flat outdoor space for kids to run around (other than the driveway area) and no grill.
Would stay again!

The stay was planned around my daughters graduation. The house was well stocked, clean and with a gorgeous view from the back balcony. 8 of us stayed comfortably for 4 days and it was cheaper then 4 hotel rooms. 3 of the 8 of us were over 80, so we played poker and scrabble and just enjoyed each others company with 4 meals we prepared while there. I'd certainly do it again.

The title and description of the property both said that there was a wood-burning fireplace, but when my friends and I arrived, we discovered a sign in the stone fireplace saying "Please do not use the fireplace. Thank you." We contacted Vacasa, the property manager, and they replied to me (via text) a few hours later, saying that there was no fireplace listed in the amenities. I pointed out that the title of the property is "Tranquil & renovated dog-friendly home with mountain views, fireplace, W/D, AC" and that the description also included the following sentence, "if you start feeling cold, the wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and warm all day, every day." The day before, I had texted Vacasa asking if the home included firewood or if we should bring our own. Vacasa replied saying to bring our own, so we did. We were extremely disappointed to find the fireplace not available, because we had specifically chosen this property after looking at other houses in the area and wanted to have an indoor fireplace to stay cozy, as advertised. Vacasa did not give us any sort of refund or discount.
In terms of the other reasons to stay here, yes, as advertised, the view of the mountains is superb ("breathtaking" is not too strong a word!) and the house is big and clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and the kitchen, living room (TV, etc) were all terrific. We enjoyed both Quechee and Woodstock, not too far away.

My friends and I drove up from NYC for a Vermont weekend getaway, and this house was the perfect retreat for us! The open-concept common space was great for playing games, eating meals together, and enjoying the stunning scenic views. The bedroom and bathroom layout accommodated our group well. The kitchen supplies were well stocked which allowed us to cook for the whole group. And the location is within reasonable proximity of a number of ski resorts, which worked well for those of us who chose to spend one of our days on the slopes. (Others took advantage of hiking and exploring opportunities in the area, of which there were many.) Overall the home has a very warm, cozy ambiance and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay here. Tons of space, well stocked for all your needs and Vacasa team was very responsive if we needed anything. Kids loved the bunk room!
