If you're looking for a relaxing spacious well-appointed, single-family home for your Quechee vacation, then you have landed on the right spot. This modern contemporary house is located on a wooded lot with a spacious flat yard perfect for outdoor fun for kids and adults alike. Feel free to bring your furry friend! This home welcomes one dog with an additional pet fee of $150 per stay.
The living space has a large amount of natural light to complement a contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Furnished with plenty of modern comfortable seating to visit with friends and family, or to just cuddle up and enjoy a movie night watching the large flat screen TV. Enjoy the exercise/game room appointed with a Peloton bike and games as well as a Nintendo switch.
The kitchen in this house has new appliances and a cutting board countertop for you to create delicious meals for yourself and guests on the nights you decide not to explore the local farm to table restaurants.
The two bedrooms located on the second level will accommodate 4 more people with a set of full bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other with a full bath located between both rooms. The primary bedroom is on the first level and features a king bed, an ensuite bath and plenty of closet space in all rooms for your luggage and clothes.
This home is a member of the Quechee Club, which has two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), groomed for Nordic cross-country skiing in the winter. Quechee also offers tennis, paddle, its own ski area and multiple venues for swimming, hiking and fishing. The Club House has multiple dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Optional packages to access the Quechee Club's amenities are available. Quechee is centrally located between the beautiful towns of Woodstock, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire, the home of Dartmouth College. These towns combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with cultural sophistication, with galleries, unique shops, museums and excellent dining experiences available. Killington and Okemo are approximately a 35 - 45-minute drive from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, mountain coasters and other year-round activities.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with and the property was great. Woodstock was packed while we were there so we ended up cooking in which ended up being perfect! Would 100% recommend!!
