Stayed here for 2 nights, and the property was barebones and not particularly clean. Hand towels were missing from bathrooms, sinks were dirty, floors turned out feet and socks black, along with extremely poor WiFi connectivity and virtually no cell service with any carrier (not a fault of the property, however coupled with poor WiFi, made it difficult to work remotely). On the plus side, the neighborhood was quiet.

My husband and I recently rented the Spacious Modern Family Home in Elk Grove, and it was ideal for our stay. We arrived during an intense heat wave, and the owner graciously arranged to have the AC turned on prior to our arrival so when we entered the home, it was wonderfully cool. We enjoyed the beautiful, artsy touches throughout and the very comfortable automated reclining sofas. We would recommend this property to others and look forward to additional stays in the future!

Large enough bedding for 10, Scott was an excellent host rapid response, I would of like to have outdoor table and seating to enjoy time out doors, overall had a great stay.

Without reservation, I rate this place a 5+ STAR. Very large living room with speakers in the ceiling and modern kitchen with island would make it a perfect place to stay with family and friends and especially to hold a great party! You can have loud music and set up a great stage to dance. Small but worth mentioning is the dimmable lights in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are all upstairs with a spacious master bedroom. Scott is very responsive to your messages and easily accommodating your needs. If you are selecting to stay in Sacramento area, Scott’s house should be in the top of your list. This place has a especial place in our heart!

Clean, comfortable and so spacious. We reserved for only 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed and enjoyed for longer. We had everything we needed, but Scott stayed in touch with reminders that we could contact him for any reason. It was a great stay.

The house was in an ideal location, so close to hwy 99 and I5. There was shopping all around. The house was superb, everyone loved it. So modern and tatefully decorated, expecially the Foyer tree. There were plenty of towels and everything was clean as a whistle. We really didn't want to come home. Scott was very helpful and answered all my questions. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you Scott.

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time, we’ll be back for sure! The location really surprised us. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Elk Grove looking for a comfortable stay. My favorite room was the main upstairs one. Thank you Scott you are amazing.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 8 as we traveled in to visit family in Elk Grove. Scott was very helpful and responsive! Would definitely recommend this home!

Host was wonderful. Very accommodating since we had to be at a wedding in the area the same day we checked in. Nice location and neighborhood. Will stay here again when in area.

House was perfectly suitable for my family of seven (5 adults and 2 four year olds) who attended a wedding just down the road a couple of minutes away at Evergreen Springs. Location was convenient to not only the wedding venue, but was also in the immediate vicinity of a plethora of stores and restaurants as well as Oasis Park which had plenty to do for adults and children. The home was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and plenty spacious for our family's needs. The owner allowed us to have an early check-in (which we unfortunately didn't use due to terrible traffic from SFO), since there was no check-out scheduled from the night prior. I would recommend this home and stay here again if ever in the Elk Grove area in the future.

The place was definitely accurate like its picture. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a clean and welcoming home to stay at. It felt like home away from home. If we end up going back to Sacramento, we would definitely stay there again.

I love this house, it was big and spacious. There was 2 living rooms, one down stairs and one upstairs. Scott was super responsive and helpful! I wouldn't mind staying here again when I come back to sac.

The house could be an amazing place to stay. It’s big and has a great area for guests. But it was not clean at all. There was mold in the showers. It appeared to have not been dusted in quite a while. The kitchen floor was sticky with spills on it. We wiped down the kitchen counter and the towel was brown with dirt. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was an empty juice box behind one of the beds. I don’t think anyone has ever tried to vacuum or sweep under the beds. None of the plugs in all 3 bathrooms worked. The bedroom at the top of the stairs didn’t have a working light. The kitchen was not well stocked. For a house that sleeps 10, there were only dishes for 4. There were no measuring cups or a can opener which should be basic in a rental home. Also, for such a large house, there was only a couch that sat 3. We were really disappointed,

The house was very nice looked just like the pictures posted. The host was a very good communicator and even provided wine which was a thoughtful gesture. The house was comfortable and felt like home would most definitely book again.

When we first stumbled upon this home on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Scott is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and let us know to contact him at anytime, for anything. The home is just perfect! Kitchen is huge and contains everything one needs. A Wonderful open concept home with an island big enough for the whole family. The sofas were so comfortable, I messaged Scott so I can buy one for my home. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom and yard are excellent. Location is incredible. Scott had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable, including a wonderful bottle of wine! Thanks Scott for a wonderful weekend in Elk Grove! We will be back, Amber & Family
