A beautiful kitchen with marble details and large island area allows for space to enjoy a meal as a group after a long day. The extension of the kitchen into a dining and living area is perfect for a social holiday where you can enjoy time together. The mezzanine offers a unique way of expanding the area, making use of the natural light, high ceilings and original beams. By combining modernity and traditional features, the property creates a homely feel while having luxury on hand. Located centerally in Alnwick the property is the perfect base to explore Northumberland.

Kitchen with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob and large marble island space.
Dining area with large table, 4 chairs and bench.
Living area with large corner sofa, TV and gas fire.
Spiral staircase leading to mezzanine balcony with bean bag sitting area.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite with free standing bath, enclosed shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with doube bed.
Bedroom 3 with zip and link super king size bed or 2 single beds.
Main bathroom with bath and shower over head, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

The Castle Gardens, opened in 2002, are home to Europe's largest cascading water feature, a fabulous (and enormous) treehouse, a delightful rose garden and a beautiful, walled ornamental garden, which will delight novice and experienced gardeners alike. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the Harry Potter films! The town's narrow streets have seen little change since the days when the London to Edinburgh stage coach passed through and the Market Place, with its stone cross, is still the central feature and the ideal venue for the weekly Saturday market. Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby. Altogether a superb location for exploring Northumberland and its stunning Heritage Coastline.
