The room was clean and quiet but there is no where in the room to hang clothes. Very disappointing had to put them over a chair.

An excellent stay for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was strong. The water was hot.The area was quiet. No problem with parking at all. There were plenty of drawers, but there was no closet. The microwave in the mini fridge were great. Check in was quick and easy. Free wifi..

I like this hotel. It’s affordable, clean and near the beach. The staff is kind and welcoming. I like booking my rooms here but I sometimes am too late.

It was not clean. The walls had dirt and even shoe prints on the bathroom door. The shower curtain was kind of dirty. There were cobwebs behind the door of entry. Overall it was ok. The bedding seemed ok. AC worked. TV worked except the remote would only work if I pressed on the batteries. Good light. Paint was scraped off wall where bedframe moved on it. I didn't hear neighbors in the next rooms and was able to sleep fine. Shower kind of weak water flow but good enough, and hot enough. It is a very affordable stay so if you are wanting the lilocation, then it's ok. If you like niceties, it's not fabulous. Oh there was microwave and refrigerator that worked fine.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, but our room unfortunately had a cockroach, and the floor was left dirty near the entrance. The bathroom was really nice & newly renovated, and the bed was comfy. Just wish we could have had more pillows to sleep on. Considering the price it was an okay stay.

Safe property staff are nice and friendly. Only problem is the bathroom smell really bad due to shower drainage. I would prefer to have an ice machine but overall my stay it okay.

We booked a one night stay for a concert at Pacific Amphitheater. Hotel is walking distance. It’s clean, safe and parking is included. It’s a no frills motel. A/C worked great in the middle of August. Water pressure was great!! It has a bed, TV, fridge and microwave! I say it’s a wonderful deal!! Owner is always making sure that cars coming in and out are indeed guests of the hotel so you don’t have to worry about any problems which was very comforting.

The property has a great location. We booked two nights thinking that it was convenient for us to Uber to Newport Beach and other nearby places. Upon our arrival, we noticed the place was dirty. There was some gooey stuff on the floor and the bathroom sink had was it seemed to be pieces of food and toothpaste. We were so tired yah we didn’t complain to the office because all we wanted to do was to go to sleep. We left the room the room the next morning to do some activities, thinking that someone would come to clean the room and leave it in a better condition. Surprisingly, the room was left untouched by the personnel, only the towels had been changed. We were so tired that we didn’t want to walk to the office to ask why it had not been cleaned. At check out I asked why the room was not clean at all and they said it was because cleaning is upon guest request. The only think I like about this place is the convenience to go visit nearby places.

The water pressure was very low not allowing one to shower comfortably (trickles of water). The Door Bolt lock didn't fully seat so there was the danger of someone kicking in the door.

Our room was clean and all of the facilities we used worked - sink, toilet, TV, lights, AC. Didn't try the shower, fridge, or microwave as we were only there for one night. The bed wasn't great but it wasn't horrible, either. We just needed a place to sleep after a concert at the OC Fair, so mission accomplished.

Could not stay in this fleabag motel. The fridge was rusty, Furniture was falling apart and bed was very uncomfortably and sank to the ground. Hoping to get a refund. They hotel manager was very rude and said because we checked in to drop off our our bags before leaving they would not give us a refund. Hotel's.com said they will work to get us a refund. The hotel said theybdo not care about negitive reviews.

There's a lot better hotels for the price everything was so minimal towels minimal floor was dirty. There's a guy that runs out at night and ask you how many people are in your room I guess it's the father tells you you're only supposed to have two people in a room makes all kinds of assumptions that everybody's sleeping in one room. Threatens to give you a refund and you can just leave.

The overall star rating on Expedia was very misleading. Expedia needs to better vet the reviews. That’s my biggest complaint…..false expectations. Dismiss all the 10 star reviews. I suspect now they are false. Shame on me. This was a Motel 6 level facility. I interacted with the staff only during checkin/out. They were nice. They do not use fitted sheets. Bedspread was cheap/overused. The room otherwise was clean. Bed comfort was average. The pillows were good. Newer floors and shower. Minimal water pressure. Shower soap was a bar of tiny hand soap. Great location if going to a concert at Pacific Amphitheater…10 minute walk. Think twice though if you are bringing your significant other.

This is an aging facility and it felt potentially unsafe at times. That being said, the staff were very friendly, check-in was fast and easy, and the room was clean.

The room was just what we needed. Easy check in. The room was very clean and the AC worked very well. Didn’t see an ice machine, but we didn’t really look for one. Coffee and food just half a block down the street. Even with the Fwy across the street, the room was very quiet.

Welp, I must say that the overnight stay was very good. From checking in to the rest of staff everyone was in a good mood, very receptive and accommodating. I must say that I was skeptical at first, but they are awesome. The owners have done a great job with this place from what it was prior. I will stay here again in the very near future. Room was very clean, new shower, bed was comfortable and no complaints Very well lit exterior. ZERO complaints on this property. I thank you for accommodating me and my minor issue I had and you stepped up and helped me. See you all soon...
