Incredible Home w/ loads of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Ping Pong and Cornhole set up in the garage. Spa heated between 645-10pm every night. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, Full lux bathroom, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. Separate Room upstairs set up with XBOX ONE gaming system & games, chairs. Yet another Room set up as a YOGA Studio with Mirrors, fan, TV w/ Yoga DVD's and Yoga Mats. We are right across the street from a gorgeous park with walking trails & lake. Just 2 blocks away from a grocery w/ Starbucks and less than 1 mile from the local YMCA where you can get in a workout if you wish. Dozens of Restaurants in our area to try and very convenient to I30 for access to downtown or other areas of Dallas. Come and stay a while! We stayed here for our annual ladies trip, and it was a great and clean home! The location was perfect. We are part of the boat club at Lake Rockwall, so this home was very convenient. Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The host was always very prompt and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We spent an entire day in the gorgeous pool!

My family stayed here along with some family friends. We had a total of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood was really quiet. The host was great and answered all of my questions promptly. It's super close to a Kroger that has a Starbucks as well as a deli inside which made it really easy to grab a snack without having to drive a long distance. If you are looking for a place to just hang out and relax this is a great place to do it.

Our family traveled from CA for a wedding and this home was wonderful to stay in for us. It had more than enough room for all 11 of us and plenty of fun games and a POOL! It was particularly hot the days we were out there so it felt great being able to jump in the pool to cool off. Ryan and Roxy were great hosts! I can’t wait to come again!

Our family loved our stay! Our boys enjoyed the game room and of course the pool and hot tub. The locations to the sites we seen was perfect so nothing was a far drive but we were still in a peaceful location. All of this along with the wonderful communication with the hosts is why we will be back!! Thank you for everything!

We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The upstairs playroom / bedroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a game room with an xbox that worked great for our crew, along with a retro arcade machine that was a lot of fun too. Located in Rockwall, close to shops and restaurants downtown and just across the street from a nice walking trail, this house is on a quiet street easy access from Dallas but almost felt like it was in the country. I would recommend to anyone, it was the perfect oasis for our family to get some down time and enjoy each other.

First, thank you Ryan & Roxy for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the most well stocked home on VRBO that we have stayed in. “We” are a group of 10 high school friends in our late 70’s who meet once or twice a year for a girls fix of fun and laughter and rent houses in Texas once or twice a year. Back to the provisions…our group had all of the coffee, paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc that we needed plus a lot more. Some places only provide starter packs, so this was a plus! Everything was spotless, hosts are super accommodating and very responsive. The house had a great layout for both privacy as well as communal lounging around. Backyard and pool perfect. Don’t pass this one up if you are in the area.

We had a fantastic family rendezvous from three corners of the US to watch the eclipse here! We ranged in age from 9-79 years old and everyone thought it was a wonderful place! This beautiful home was clean, well-equipped, well-maintained, and big enough for all of us to still have personal space. There was so much for the kids to do, as well as the adults. We will treasure the family time we had here together. We will definitely return if we are in the area again. The host was very flexible and responsive. One note: While the entire property appeared to be within code, there are several lips in the flooring and some 2"-3" steps, particularly outside. This could be difficult for someone who has difficulty walking, especially if they shuffle their feet.

We loved our stay in Rockwall, TX. This house has it all. Great location - The neighborhood was fantastic and a great "reserve" across the street to walk. The neighborhood was very close to shopping. Great Amenities - The house was perfect to relax, whether the game room, board games, pool or hot tub, it was a relaxing time. We can't say enough good things about the house an the owners. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had an amazing time! Ryan and Roxy did a great job with the property and were SUPER responsive when we had any questions. The house was very clean and they had everything we needed! The only thing I’d suggest is making sure you have warm comfy clothes if it’s cold out bc of the size of the house, some of the rooms don’t get a lot of heat. But it wasn’t uncomfortable. Just something to keep in mind :) 10/10 recommend!

This property did not disappoint. The location is perfect to everything. Location in neighborhood is perfect as well. Very spacious. All rooms have more than adequate room. All the beds were very comfortable. We did not get to utilize the pool or hot tub but seemed very well maintained. Definitely 10 out of 10

We visited Dallas for a family wedding. We had great communication with Ryan and Roxy before, during, and after our stay. The property was perfect for our family and the location was in great proximity for all of our events. The weather did not cooperate as much as we would have liked but we did get to use the pool one day and we took advantage of the walking trails right across the street each morning. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for us to spread out and gather to spend time together. I highly recommend this property:)

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan & Roxy's property. We came to town for our son's wedding at The White Sparrow Barn, Quinlan, TX. The home was very clean, and looked exactly like the listing noted. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the game room. The open gathering area on the main floor was also great for our group! Ryan went above and beyond, he even helped with recommendations for where to host the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding, which also turned out great. Very quick and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Comfortable and clean home with a beautiful backyard and pool with a view of the lake. Rockwall is a cute town with lots of restaurants. My 4 sisters and I stayed here and we enjoyed the pool immensely. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and they were even nice enough to give us a late check out since no one was checking in that day. If you are looking for a place to relax and be with family, this is it.

This house was beautiful. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and even tranquil early morning or late night. The property was clean and well manicured. We had a party of 12 girls and we all fit very comfortably! The home owners were great to work with and communicated quickly. This property’s pics do not do it justice!!! PROs: * clean and well maintained * beautiful home and pool * large kitchen, den & game room for family to gather * comfortable beds * well appointed kitchen & linens CONs: * could have used 1 more full bath downstairs - there was a beautiful en suite bathroom for the master bedroom, a full bath upstairs for the game room/bunk beds, a half bath by kitchen, but then the other 3 bedrooms had to share a full bath. It was workable, but not preferable. Overall, it was a fabulous trip. We plan to return. It gave us a wonderful opportunity to spend time with each other and lots of room to do it. Definitely recommend!

The house was large and perfect for our family stay and wedding. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could see the 4th of July fireworks display from the backyard deck. Great amenities…kitchen fully stocked, pool and spa, play room with games and toys for all ages, large great room area for our family to gather, beautiful view and walking path at the small lake directly across the street and a full service grocery store 1/3 of a mile away.
