About this apartment rental

Enjoy a sublime stay at this luxurious apartment, based on the stunning beachfront of Rio Real Playa, a beloved coastal spot where you’ll find leafy palm trees, golden sand and deep blue sea. You’ll be based just a stone’s throw away from the shore, making this the ideal holiday home for those in search of a beach holiday with some added opulence. You’re also just a short drive from the heart of Marbella city centre, great for when you want to explore friendly restaurants and vibrant bars. Inside the home, you’ll find dreamy decor and a calming colour scheme, along with all the mod cons you need for a home-from-home stay. Your terrace area is complete with both lounge and dining areas, so you can live alfresco and make the most of those beautiful ocean views. The main bedroom has direct access to a marvellous balcony where you can sip on sundowners while admiring the sea. You can take a dip in the communal heated outdoor pool when you fancy a refreshing swim, and then come back up and take a nap on your comfy sofa when you’re sleepy from relaxing in the sunshine. Home truths: *The swimming pools are shared with the building's other residents *The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there is free gated parking for one car at the home *There's a dedicated desk here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay *Pool heating is included for stays between 15th September and 31st May *This home is located on the first floor with lift access
