Convenient location, decent price, No major complaints always pleasant

Always clean and quiet when we stay here

we thought the hot water didn’t work in the sink but lines were backwards so it worked out BUT the tub was clogged up during shower so water backed up around our feet.

The cleaning service come walking in when was sleep and i feel like they was rush us out of the room because knock on the door.

I didn’t stay it was a roach motel and people doing drugs in the corridor

Not a thing! We didn’t stay!

Don’t ever stay at this property! Seriously run! What was pictured online was not what this roach motel had to offer. The employee was sketchy and gave me the wrong room. When I went back to talk to him. He made a bunch of key cards. He said I would have the pick of what room. Every room he showed me was not ok. The floors to the entrance to the rooms were broken tiles. The rooms were not clean. The hallway upstairs was disgusting! The outer doors look like they had all been hit by a battering ram! I was worried for my safety because there were people doing drugs in the hallway corridor. Employee didn’t even bat an eye when he saw this. So we decided we would go to a different hotel. The employee told me I would receive a refund. They didn’t give me a refund. So I contacted booking.com and they did NOTHING! I will never use booking.com again and I’ll never stay in Brunswick Georgia again either!

Booked a room for Friday night and realized 15 minutes later that I mistakenly booked Saturday night instead of Friday. They would not switch my date nor refund my money.

Nice Clean Hotel with a noisey AC unit

Air Conditioning systems are outdated and extremely loud. Every time it turned on, it would wake us up.

Not bad

It was in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Room was comparable to the price we paid.

Our room was an adjoining room for some reason so it sounded like the people next to us were literally in our room and they were very loud! No breakfast served, yet it was on their website. Coffee was provided but always had grinds in it.

Great Stay!

The room and facility was very clean. Staff was extremely nice. They have a Pool, convienent parking, and complimentary tea and coffee. The lobby was welcoming, clean, decorative, and provided easy access to bathrooms. The entrance had a table with a free book composed of literature detailing information on the different Beaches. Our cash deposit was returned to us upon checkout. Overall, it was extremely nice to be a small Motel. We plan to book here again.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $100 upfront deposit in cash, instead of credit card. Prior to booking, it stated there was a complimentary breakfast - there wasn't, but that didn't pose an extreme problem.

Great location but the place needs updated and cleaned better.

The location.

The room had a very bad musty odor. There was peeling paint, dirty blanket on one bed and several dead bugs in the room. Also found a live tick in the bathroom.

It was OK.

There was no breakfast!

The room was not not cleaned good. The floor was filthy, my socks were black on the bottom from just walking around a little bit. There was no ice at all, the machines were out of order.

Great getaway

We love the location and have stayed in this same hotel when it was the jameson inn. Super easy to get to food and the beaches. The staff was really nice and the price was great!

Would have loved to have breakfast but there is a great diner close by! We already knew there wouldn't be breakfast tho.

They cancelled it!

They said I cancelled the booking. I want to talk to YOU! They cost me money and I want to sue them for damages. I get there and he says you cancelled I said show me where. They said we are turning away people because we’ve overbooked. So those that paid the least are cancelled first. I was broke and I only went because I had that much for a room. I took all my food. I barely had enough gas to get back home. This was a disaster! I have a photo copy of the paperwork he showed me. The manager cancelled me. I want reparations.

It was acceptable, but could be improved

The room was clean and comfortable. Had all the basic necessities. There was coffee in the lobby.

The (I'm guessing) owners were rather rude. I needed to extend my stay and they didn't know how to take a CC payment over the phone and had to call me 3 times. I know how to run a card and it wasn't my fault they didn't. I would have liked to at least had some donuts in the morning, but there was nothing. I made my reservations for $60/night, but was billed $80.95 per night. I will call them on this.
