I have no idea why this place was rated so highly.

Breakfast was good.

The room smelled strongly of urine, especially at the door. I still have that smell in my nose.

Overpriced hotel that need many upgrades.

They plenty of towels for the room, the air conditioner worked fine.

I had to move to three different rooms during a two night stay. Each room had a smell like animal urine so had to go buy Gain fabric freshener and then after spraying had to switch rooms because the room didn’t have hot water. The third switch was also because the adjoining room had a dog that did not stop barking.

Will meet your family needs for rest.

The staff is outstanding; friendly, accommodating and attentive. Check-in was easy and the amenities as advertised.

Bed sheets were washed but stained and not changed during the duration of our stay. During breakfast, the coffee carafe was depleted and not replenished until requested by myself or other guests. It seemed bothersome to certain staff and management members to brew additional coffee or hot foods.

A lot has changed since COVID.

Upon arrival , I was asked if I had any animals? Then going to the room and opening the door, I understood. The room smelled like animals. Asked for another room.

Very pleasant overall.

The location was great. The lady at checking was very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was just muffins and bagels. They did have waffles but the line was long.

Will not book again

Bed was comfortable

No manager on duty on a night or morning where hotel was fully booked. Sofa bed was only twin size, not full size so I had to make a bed out of sofa cushions. Paid for a room that would accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but recieved a room that would only accommodate 2 adults 1 child. The hotel would not prorate the charge to reflex this change because "I choose to stay there." I really didn't have any other options as it was 9pm and they were not willing to find me other accommodations. One week later still trying to work with booking.com to get some compensation back. Bathroom smelled like mold and bedding was stained.

Bed was too soft for my liking, but if you like a plush feeling bed, add a point to the rating. Internet wifi service was awful. At best, the download speed was 18mps, but it didn't last long. Usually, it hovered around 2.5mps or was non-existent. I usually wound up having to use my regular cell provider. For the price they charge, it should be a lot better!

Good place to stay. Clean, quiet and plenty of space.

I was expecting grits, eggs and bacon breakfast. But it was okay. I liked the quite environment, clean and plenty of space. I will stay again and let my friends know about it.
