Guests access Liberty Tree House by entering the front door via an electronic door lock. Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, sunroom (including its access to the private courtyard), the kitchen, guest bedroom and half bathroom. Take the stairs near the kitchen to access both of the home's master suites on the second floor. There is a Bosch washing machine and dryer located in a closet off of the bonus room.

We travel quite a bit and stay in VRBO's alot and this house was in our top 5!! Well appointed, quiet, off street parking, comfortable beds and 2 Kings which works so well for 2 adult couples. Great neighborhood close enough to many attractions, but far enough so it's not noisy.

4 of us stayed at the Liberty Tree House this past week. We enjoyed our stay in this very luxurious and beautifully decorated house. The kitchen was outstanding and very well supplied. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 2 master suites with king size beds. Parking was a plus though tight. We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again.

has top-of-the-line appliances. There is even a panini maker! Anyone would be delighted to stay in this house on a quiet street convenient to the restaurants downtown and only a short hop to the beaches.

We stayed at Liberty Tree House with our son and his girlfriend for a week leading up to our daughter’s Wedding weekend. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. The house was perfect with 2 master suites and plenty of room for the four of us. It is cozy, charming and in a great central neighborhood location. We visit Charleston a lot and this was truly our favorite place to stay. It was the perfect setting for us during this magical, celebratory week.

The renovated cottage is very tasteful and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the on property parking and the location was quiet for sleeping at night. We thoroughly enjoyed a short get-away In Charleston, thanks in no small part to the lovely accommodation at Liberty Tree House. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, the house was high end -- newly renovated, very clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The beds in the two main bedrooms were very comfortable. And the location was convenient -- the Meeting Street Visitor Center is little more than a five-minute walk, and the French Quarter a twenty to twenty-five walk.

You can’t do better than Liberty Tree House for a Charleston getaway. The location is wonderful - close enough to walk to tourist spots, restaurants and entertainment, shopping, etc., but still on a quiet, beautiful residential street. Also close to one of the trolley lines, which was helpful when little legs got tired. The house itself is comfortable, modern, and very clean. We visited as a family with two small children and a baby and everything was great (we brought a travel crib and high chair or the hosts are happy to provide information on where you can rent baby gear or beach gear for your stay). So happy we found this place to stay for our Charleston vacation!

I spent days agonizing which property to select for my family to stay at while visiting Charleston for the first time, even looking at street views and Google earth. I kept coming back to this one and finally committed. I am SO Glad I did. My family loved everything about it. The location is perfect, we were able to easily walk everywhere, but enjoy an incredibly peaceful and beautiful setting when "home". The rooms are quite comfortable, the house is very thoughtfully renovated, and the outside dining space is private and casual. Often times when you go away, especially for short trips, you feel away. We felt very comfortable during our stay, it was a wonderful place.to.come back to after a day out and about. Be aware, in the master, when the sun comes up early it peeks through the long windows. We stacked pillows to block as much as we could as we need it quite dark to sleep. I've already highly recommended this location to another, if you want to stay someplace clean, perfectly located, well appointed, and in an established area of the city with tree lined streets, I highly recommend it to you as well! We drove a Subaru Forester up. It worked, but smaller would be even easier, the parking is tight.

We loved our stay here! The property was just as described and super clean. They were very proactive with check in communications and even texted us a couple hours ahead of check in that it was ready. The location was perfect. We walked to all the shopping and restaurants and even had a pedi cab pick us up in front of the house one night. Highly recommend!

The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dish ware. One surprise was the steep steps leading to the upstairs bedrooms. But it was manageable

This home is absolutely beautiful... it comes with everything you need, and nothing you don't. Every inch is clean and welcoming. We arrived in the late afternoon and had a little trouble parking - if there is a down side to this location is that the assigned parking spot is VERY tight if someone is parked next to the designated spot. Once that was quickly addressed, we walked in and instantly felt at home. The location is ideal in that you can easily walk to grocery store, shopping, night life, amazing restaurants, museums... whatever you are looking for. But it's tucked away just enough to remain quiet and cozy when you want to relax. Loved this home... it was the perfect place for use to celebrate our 20 years of marriage and explore all the things Chareston has to offer.

We booked this property for a relaxing and fun long weekend with friends who had never visited Charleston. Our desire was to have a place where we could1) walk to everything; 2) cook and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day; 3) have a comfortable and inviting outdoor space for grilling; and4) have comfortable and inviting spaces to relax and catch up. The property perfectly accommodated these desires but also gave us plenty of privacy when we wanted that as well, having 2 King bedrooms each with a private bath. Could not have asked for more and would highly recommend it to others.

This property is beautifully situated in historic Charleston and set up wonderfully for guests. Warm and welcoming, it offers all you need for your stay here. You are close enough to walk, ride, drive and taxi to anywhere your heart desires in and around the market and still affords the desired privacy that a hotel cannot offer. The owners are super communicative and while we didn’t NEED to reach them (as everything was set as they promised) I am certain they would be responsive if necessary. Also, it’s close enough to walk to local coffee shops, waterfront and market downtown.

Great space with a luxury feel and furnishings. Offered a "chefs" kitchen perfect for cooking, which was great since we had a longer stay and didn't want to eat all of our meals out. When we did head out, it was amazing as the guest house was right in the middle of downtown and super convenient to walk to King Street, delicious restaurants, tons of shopping, as well as the Battery. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Cannot beat the location and quality of the stay.

We vacationed at Liberty Tree House in Charleston. Our experience was wonderful. The location of the carriage house is fabulous, you can walk everywhere and escape to your private oasis nestled at historic Charlotte Street. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults in the party, everyone was very comfortable. The accommodations were top notch, and charming. We highly recommend Liberty Tree house and cannot wait to return, hands down this is a 5-star rating.

Beautiful guest house, in an amazing location, and is super quiet. The house is in a great location downtown and super walkable to everything, but you would never know when you're staying in as it is very quiet. It offered nice amenities, was incredibly spacious, clean and had pleasant decor.
