We absolutely loved our stay, it’s a beautiful and tidy little space with everything you need! It was comfortable and cosy! Hosts were really lovely and approachable. Even had freshly baked treats with butter ready for us! Highly recommend!

Very nice, modern apartment located under the main house. Joy was very accommodating and waited up to give us the key even though our flight was delayed. It was well furnished and quiet, we could barely hear footsteps from the floor above. Something to note is that there isn't a door on the stairs up to the next floor, just a curtain.

Such a great little suite! So comfortable, homey feeling. So clean and everything you need. Close to Queenstown without having to stay there! Arrowtown is such a cute town. Definitely stay here!!

bedroom was much smaller than expected and no tea/coffee making facility. however shared coffee room was fine but had to leave room for drinks

Our Stay at Joy's unit was great. A lot of personal touches and great communication and friendly greeting. The unit is spacious and spotless, with fantastic facilities. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, lounge area with table and chairs. It was no issue for us whilst we were there but there is no AC, but heaters and electric blankets for cooler weather. Arrowtown is quaint and has stunning scenery with walks and cycle tracks. And not far to Queenstown either. And great value. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Cheers

Very friendly hosts, who know the area well. The apartment had modern facilities and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best we have slept in, in the 30 days we have been in New Zealand. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Joy was very welcoming and helpful especially when I had an issue with my bike which was sorted very quickly. Lovely place with easy access to local 4 square and not far to wander down to town, thoroughly recommend it

Everything is what they say on Book a bach, have to park on road verge tho, steepish slope to accommodation, but when you get there it’s very lovely we especially liked the courtyard, the sun was shining and we enjoyed a wine or two in the twilight, very comfy bed, very close to the town centre, but not really walking distance.
