The staff was sweet and communicative.
The breakfast was stale muffins and coffee. Our room had roaches, although the staff offered to switch our room it makes for an uncomfortable stay when your concerned about bugs.

No working elevator. Had to use stairwell that at first had dried vomit and next morning had liquid diarrhea.
3.0 / 10.0
First of all the elevator didn’t work so I had to lug my bags up to the 2nd floor. I checked in at 1 am Sunday morning due to my plane being delayed and then no rental cars, but despite all that I was charged 250 for the room for the previous night. Then 200 for the next night.
Room wasn’t that clean. Hair all over the room. Didn’t smell fresh. Wasn’t impressed.

“Breakfast” was very disappointing. It was a tiny snack bar, NOT breakfast.
Raining hard and no covered area to load/unload!

We did not eat breakfast.
There appeared to be only one person on staff when we arrived. It was late in the evening like around 8:30 or so. My son and his family and I had two reservations for two rooms. When I proceeded to tell the person at the front desk this, I was told I am sorry, but we only have one room available. This was very upsetting as we had made reservations almost a week before, which I proceeded to inform the staff member. He told me that this hotel was on a first come first serve basis and my reservation did not matter. My son had been unloading our luggage while this exchange was happening, when he came in the staff member changed his story and stated he would have to clean another room for us to stay in. So, at this point, we were tired and just needed a room, so we agreed. Another guest arrived at this time and the staff member proceeded to check them in and give them a room where he had just told us he had only one available for us. The service by this night personnel was horrendous. He did after over an hours wait, half clean another room for us. There was trash still filled in the trash can among other things in my room. The hotel itself was not bad. The rooms were nice and spacious but the service upon our arrival was not good at all. I will note the morning staff member was much friendlier and accommodating to us.

Nothing to like.
I made reservations for 8 people, paying for three separate rooms. After driving for 8 hours we arrived to check in. The staff told me they were sorry they overbooked the hotel by 5 rooms and my rooms had been given away to first come. Unacceptable. Zero notification or compensation. All other hotels booked full, which I shouldn't have had to worry about because I made reservations! We slept in cars in a rest stop with small children and my older mother.

The hotel was not fully opened. I believe that only 1 floor was fully operational. The door to our room stuck each time it was closed and we h;ad to hit it with our hand or shoulder to get it opened. There was something sticky in the upper corner of the frame that caused the problem.

This place was newly constructed. In fact, it had just opened two weeks ago. In my opinion, they opened too soon, as they were not ready, and some of the rooms still weren’t completely finished. There was still drywall on the floors and no dishes in the rooms. People were also asking for towels, bed linens, and ice buckets. But I have to give a 10 out of 10 to the guy that was running the front desk. He was running his tail off with a line of people waiting there patiently for him to find a room available that was completely done. His name was Kaleb! Excellent employee, giving excellent service!! and a little disappointed in their continental breakfast, which consisted of granola bars, and muffins in a basket. Maybe that will improve the further they get.
I was not impressed with anything other than employee Kaleb! He deserves a raise!

I like everything
I didn't like I didn't get the price that I booked through booking.com with. The manager claimed that they couldn't change the price and that was booking.com price and not theirs.
