Pet-friendly, easy to find, well-lit? and brightly decorated

Easy to find, well-lit parking lot, easy check-in.

Room was a little less than clean. Door was ajar when I arrived at the room after checking in. I stepped in someone else’s dog’s poop while taking my dog out to potty at night. A little too close to the highway and busy roadways if you have a nervous dog, as I do.

I wouldn’t stay there again I would choose something more cleaner

Breakfast was ok and the location was ok

I didn’t like the room cleanliness. The bed linens with spread look very used and dingy the bathroom floor not cleaned well. Towels very used and abused. Disappointed according to the other Tru we had stayed in

The location was easily accessible on my route.

The Pet fee was extreme at $75 plus card fee and was not a deposit but an actual fee. I had a small dog that was cage kept. The Pet fee was also charged from a separate entity and not the tru location. seems very fishy. Room was dirty on the floor. Only one set of Towels. TV was disconnected from the cable box, front desk was no help. I had to reconnect it myself. Phone and flat surfaces were sticky. Mold in shower.

It was so pretty, clean, and fun 🥰 We enjoyed the hospitality from the time we checked in to our in and out excursions. At night, we sat and talked in the lobby while some other guests played pool. It was so relaxing.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The location was perfect. Many shops and restaurants up the street from the hotel. I visit Atlanta often, but I really enjoyed my stay in McDonough. It was an awesome experience.

Nice hotel but too pricey for traveling with a pet for one night.

The location was a good stop during our travels. The check in was fast and friendly. The breakfast was good but standard stuff.

The $75 pet fee - almost as much as the $119 I paid for the room! I had checked pet friendly during my booking hotel search, but should have read the questions to find the fee "before" I booked. The fees for Pet friendly hotels should be more visible on the web site. Other hotels were $20/pet. The room is a modern and Unique design and somewhat small but only had light controls at one side of the king bed. Bring your ear plugs for the freeway noise.

lobby bright. check in staff was friendly

rented mobility room with roll in shower. handheld shower head would not work. called the front desk to see if they could help incase I was doing something wrong. no help. I paid specifically for this room for my mom. Did not like the bedding. The blanket only covers the top of bed and has some type of thin material for the hang over sides. not enough to cover you if your partner rolls on his side.

very clean throughout hotel other than our room and bathroom. it was decent but could have been better. I’ve definitely stayed in worse
