Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.
Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!
Please note that this is a forested area, and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.

The booking and check in process was easy and smooth! They even accommodated our early check in request! The house is so spacious and extremely nice! The decor and set up of everything is definitely luxurious! There is plenty of space! We stayed here with 10 grown men and everyone had plenty of space! We don’t have any complaints about the property! They had everything set up and ready to go for us! We’ve all been to broken bow several times and this one is by far the nicest we’ve been to. Thanks again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated with comfy beds but uncomfortable family room furniture. The entire grounds were rocks which made it difficult to walk in while unloading cars with heavy luggage and also very tough for a handicapped walking with a cane. The ride for 2 miles on a red dirt road was quite lumpy and dusty. All in all it still was a great time!

Apparently the first week of April is the perfect time to visit southeastern Oklahoma. The trees were starting to bloom, but the bugs weren't out. Our stay at the Cliffs was one for the books. We had family come in from California and Missouri to meet up. We all had our own rooms (even the kids). The common rooms were big enough to not feel crowded, but small enough to enjoy each other. I spent every morning on the back patio drinking my coffee and listening to the birds, the leaves, and the creek. We hiked around the property quite a bit. There wasn't a ton of wildlife yet, but there were so many beautiful spring flowers. We enjoyed the treehouse with the kids playing air hockey and shuffle board. My favorite part is the seclusion we felt. The house was at the end of the street and we couldn't see any neighbors. We could hear some through the trees, but they were respectful of quiet hours. I would definitely go back. Any time I had questions, the owners were extremely responsive. I appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness.

We really enjoyed our stay and the kids had lots to do! They really enjoyed the game room, fire pit area, bunk area and hot tub. The kids also hiked and we went into town with lots to offer. Girls gone wine, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home with lots to offer for fun in Broken Bow and Hochatown!

I booked this stay for my 37th birthday and had all my siblings families and my parents come. We had about 14-16 people (if you include babies in pack n plays.
The cabin was PLENTY big enough with room for more. I love that the bunk room is far away from the master bedrooms. The game room was super fun for the older kiddos. The younger ones loved begging outside on the slide and swings.
I would def book again- kitchen had everything we needed. Two dishwashers and two sinks.
Two sets of washers and dryers. Def meant for big groups!
Only things I’d change are: there was zero firewood for the fire. So we had to run out and get some. Lots of wasps & some of the kids got stung in the slide- but not the property’s fault- would be nice to have some wasp spray around though.
Other than that it was great. Very communicative!

Perfect place for a family reunion! We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in the fabulous kitchen. They pretty much had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were so many things to do and just hang out that most of us didn’t leave the property over our 3 night stay. I can highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay and the house/amenities were all so wonderful for our large group of all ages. Kids spent hours at the creek gathering crawfish and exploring the property! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home for our group of 18. Home is well appointed with great outdoor space and the treehouse is amazing. Bit of a long dusty drive to get there (5-7 min from highway), but well worth It! Highly recommend for large groups looking to have some privacy.

The house was so pretty and had been thoughtfully decorated. Beds were comfy, outdoor patio was incredible, treehouse gameroom was super cool, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of for cooking. The roads were initially tricky to find, due to all of the new construction and no street signs, but it was so nice to be tucked in under the trees and without a neighbor in sight. After a few times in and out of the neighborhood, it was super easy to find. Hosts were great and available to answer any and all questions.

We stayed here for a girls getaway trip and it did not disappoint! First of all this gorgeous property is tucked back in a wooded area with creek views and the sound of running water. I was sold right there and then! The views from the back porch are are medicine to those seeking a reprieve. The porch was just a comfortable as the interior. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire place, and outdoor seating, it could not have been more perfect.
The inside of the home is not only incredibly spacious, but has every amenity and more. It doesn’t feel like you are at a typical vacation rental, it is so much more elevated then what you normally see. Every tiny detail in this beautiful home was thought through carefully! The beds were also very comfortable, which I really appreciated. I typically don’t sleep well away from home, but not but thy was not the case here.
My only regret is that we didn’t have more time in this spectacular home. I could have soaked up all the goodness for much longer, and next time I will!

This was the best family trip vacation/getaway that we have ever taken. My children & spouses along with the grandchildren throughly enjoyed the cabin & surrounding areas more than we could ever have imagined!
The cabin offered something for all of the different age groups in our family. Each of them had their own private bathrooms connected to the bedrooms & very well stocked with the finest scented bath soaps, towels & etc.
Our family enjoys cooking so the kitchen was certainly above & beyond spacious for a few of our cooks to prepare several meals & pretend they were in a commercial kitchen.
The living area had many extra board games that my little grandchildren enjoyed playing while inside. I enjoyed listening to the giggles!
The outside deck also has a massive grilling area where we were able to watch the ball game while tending to dinner. Some of us were in the jacuzzi relaxing!
Then there is the outside treehouse/game room that occupied plenty of fun time playing some of the games!
The outside creeks were everything they said it would be & more! My grandchildren & grown children spent hours playing & hiking around the cabin!
I can’t say enough about the hospitality we received staying in the Twin Creeks Cabin! My children have all agreed it was the best ever & are making plans to return next year!
Broken Bow had something for everyone! We stayed busy the entire time we were there!
Twin Creeks Cabin allowed us time to relax & enjoy our family! All 7 days!

Property was great, plenty of space. Four master bedrooms and two rooms with bunk beds (we split up the boys and girls). Pictures are accurate, only challenge was finding a place to fish without driving. I would recommend for large groups.

I recently stayed at The Cliffs on Twin Creeks with my family and friends and let me tell you... This home is truly one of a kind!!! The tree house and the creeks were definitely a highlight of the property, as it gave the children different areas to explore and enjoy for hours! The main home was so incredibly thought out with one side being dedicated to the children with the beautiful bunk room and the other side having the four master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each suite was decorated with such attention to detail and we loved that each room had its own personal style and design theme! The open concept kitchen and living room were large enough for all 20 of us to relax and hang out comfortably, which was such a great element of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend including a coffee bar, plates, glassware, silverware, and top of the line appliances. When we weren't spending time together inside, our group spent majority of the weekend outside on the back patio grilling out, in the hot tub, and around the fire pit sharing the best memories. I couldn't recommend The Cliffs on Twin Creeks enough! Every aspect of our experience will be remembered and we look forward to staying at this incredible property again very soon!
