Our team loved this place and we would definitely rent it again!

Wow, we loved this house! This might be the best outfitted home we have ever booked. We had our kids bring home extras for the holiday week. This home was the perfect size for us to spread out yet still have quality time and meals together. It was easy to hook up our football package to the television to watch games. The kitchen, breakfast bar and table provided plenty of space to dine inside and play games. The kitchen had more than enough serving dishes, appliances and possibly service for 15-20. The outdoor furniture was a hit for a little happy hour on the deck. The fireplace provided warmth both physically and emotionally during the holiday weekend. The house is located on beautiful road that feels like you are so disconnected from the major city just a few miles away. The recreation path was perfect to take the dogs our for exercise. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

Excellent mountain biking, road cycling, and hiking trails in and around Colorado National Monument.

Quiet. Great view of Monument. Nice gazebo.

The house provided a very relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Colorado National Monument mountain ridge. The gazebo provided a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and the fire attraction was provided a very soothing environment in the evening.

This is a really nice house. The only issue we had was figuring out the air conditioning. House was freezing when we showed up. After searching for thermostat for like 4 hours we figured out that its a remote control device in the living room. When the AC is running there is a huge pressure in the house that makes the windows whistle. In the end you really just need the ac on in the daytime, just shut it off at night, problem solved.

A/C has its own remote. Once we figured that out, everything was amazing!! Plenty of space for 2 teenagers and 2 parents. Comfy cooking and beautiful outdoor seating for mornings and evenings. Amazing mountain views.

Great location, very comfortable property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked house. Loved the backyard with the amazing views.

The house was clean, beds comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 to lounge around. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in. We also enjoyed the gas grill. We ate breakfast and dinner every day at the patio table while we watched the rabbits and quail. The swing was the perfect place to sip my morning coffee. The house is just down the road from the Colorado National Monument entrance. Altogether a great house. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Property was slightly dated, but was clean and well maintained, except for the TV which, despite the property manager coming to site, could not be made to work. The biggest selling point in the location. Very central to numerous activities and a killer view from the patio.
